“Great location in a safe and cosy area. There are plenty of amenities around and restaurants. Located at 1 min of the subway. Hyde Park is also 5 min away walking. I also recommend the food in the hotel restaurant: breakfast, lunch and dinner. They have a great menu and great service, especially by Manuel, the restaurant host. He will make sure your experience is very pleasant.”

“Nice hotel. Four stars only because of the very limited space for clothes; only one drawer and a small place to hang clothes. The room is cute, comfortable bed, and thankfully air conditioned. The staff were amazing, 10 stars for them, very nice and helpful. Location is excellent; in Kensington, close to shops, restaurants and supermarkets and close to Glouster road underground station; the bus stop is immediately in front of the hotel.”

“We stayed here for my wedding and had the best time. The staff were so friendly and made us feel so special. They gave us welcome drinks and kindly left me a handwritten note in my room which I really appreciated. They also provided a vase foe my bouquet which was very kind. The hotel itself is beautiful, our rooms were comfortable and spotless also. My family all commented on how lovely the staff and hotel were also. Would highly recommend, thank you all for making our wedding so special.”

“Se c'è un motivo per scegliere questo Meliá, è il quartiere in cui si trova. Kensington è una delle zone più eleganti e vivibili di Londra. A due passi dalla stazione della metropolitana. “We stayed here for our wedding, and it was the perfect place for such a special occasion. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. Our room was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and exceptionally comfortable. The team also listened to our requests and accommodated them so thoughtfully, which we really appreciated. We were especially touched by the beautiful handwritten notes left in our room. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made us feel incredibly special and added to the excitement of our wedding celebrations. The arrival drinks were absolutely delicious and a lovely way to begin our stay. Thank you to everyone for making our wedding stay so memorable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding hospitality.”
