“Rooms are small compared to what you’d get elsewhere. The bathroom is tiny and the sink is placed in the hotel room which I found odd/inconvenient. The flooring of the hotel room definitely had water damage/warping as it made a noise as you walk around on it. The gym is quite small but has the basics. Also for those with hair…beware the lack of Conditioner in the shower(thankfully I had packed my own….wasn’t expecting to need it at a 5 star hotel though).”

“I honestly don’t know where to begin because everything about our stay was amazing! We couldn’t fault a single thing. The comfort was exceptional, and we truly felt at home away from home. Every member of staff was wonderful. The team at the main entrance gave us such a warm welcome every day, and the security staff were always friendly and made us feel safe throughout our stay. A special thank you to the two electricians who came to fix a few things in our room. They were incredibly professional and even took their shoes off before entering our room, which we really appreciated. Thank you to M and Eav Hard for your excellent service. A big thank you as well to Famous, who was so helpful and took the time to share lots of useful information with us. The staff also kindly arranged transportation for us to travel to Pattaya, making our trip even more convenient. We will definitely be back! I don’t have everyone’s names, but I would like to say a heartfelt thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We truly appreciate your hospitality”

“Chef Bank and his the entire kitchen and service staff were exceptional! Overall, the hotel is beautiful. If you need extra room, then the standard room may not be for you. But the rooms are clean and cozy. We think that the bathroom toilet door can be exchanged out for a door that is not so see-through.”
