“We rested at the end of April, beginning of May, very good location! Friendly staff, daily cleaning of rooms. Any request (the TV remote stopped working) was resolved in 5 minutes! We only had breakfast, but there was enough food to have a good breakfast. The water is warm in the pool! Every evening there was some kind of show! “We had a truly wonderful experience at Hotel Sol, and a very special thank you goes to Cesar (Bares, La Palapa) and Maria in the Restaurant Desserts, who genuinely made our stay so memorable. From the very beginning, both Maria and Cesar provided outstanding customer service. They greeted us warmly every time they saw us and took the time to engage in genuine, friendly conversation about our stay and holiday. This personal touch made us feel incredibly welcome and truly valued. Their kindness, attentiveness, and professionalism did not go unnoticed, and they are a real credit to the hotel.
