“Una estancia estupenda gracias a una gestión humana impecable. Hemos pasado unos días en familia (mi mujer, mi hija y yo) y la experiencia global ha sido muy favorable. Como en cualquier hotel, pueden surgir imprevistos puntuales, y cosas que no se adapten a lo esperado, pero lo que realmente define a un gran establecimiento es la actitud y la rapidez con la que solucionan los problemas. Atención al cliente y Gestión (Lo mejor del hotel) A nuestra llegada tuvimos algunos inconvenientes Sin embargo, el equipo demostró una eficiencia ejemplar. Tuvimos la suerte de tratar con Paola Martín (Guest Experience Manager), quien demostró un profesionalismo, una empatía y una cercanía únicas. No solo nos escuchó y solventó todo al momento, Ese trato tan humano es muy difícil de encontrar hoy en día. Además, todo el personal (recepción, comedor y bar) se muestra atento y predispuesto a ayudar en todo momento. La habitación nos pareció muy cómoda y con una distribución excelente para los tres, equipada con nevera, caja fuerte, habitación y un sofá cama King Size muy amplio. El hall y el bar son espacios muy agradables. Sí es verdad que las instalaciones (sobre todo la piscina) pueden quedarse algo justas para el volumen de huéspedes, pero al estar el hotel tan cerca de la playa, no llega a ser un inconveniente. El comedor ha sido correcto y el servicio de restauración cuenta con buenas calidades. (Siempre hay puntos débiles en este tipo de alojamientos debido al modo buffet) pero Como punto de mejora constructivo, el Snack Bar del Todo Incluido es bastante limitado si lo comparamos con la oferta de otros hoteles de cuatro estrellas con el mismo régimen. En conclusión, un hotel cómodo, muy aceptable y con una calidad humana excepcional que transforma cualquier contratiempo en una experiencia fantástica. ¡Muchísimas gracias a Paola y a todo el equipo por cuidarnos tan bien!”더 많은 리뷰 보기

“This is a great hotel resort and we really enjoyed our week long stay there with two kids. The staff is very helpful but would like to call out Enrique at reception who is always available to guide and help in a friendly polite way. Rooms and generally the hotel is much much cleaner than some of the other big names. Breakfast is good and the pool is great for both adults and children. During busier times it can be hard to find a sunbed, but we were mostly out and about so less of an issue for us. Area wise excellent, close to beach, stores, pharmacy, local amenities and commutable distance to many attractions in the area. Loved our stay and highly recommend!”더 많은 리뷰 보기
