“Above & Beyond I am speechless as how our arrival and Checkin was professional, curious and friendly the whole experience was. We have only been here 24 hrs and could not wait to write a review. At the moment I will not be writing any names as everyone has been great in every way. From front staff to house keeping and dinning. I personally travel a lot for work and spend every week in different hotels. Yet this tops it all for customer service. It shows in the front office staff who are there to please you. We had pleasure of having Claudia check us in. Who did everything to make sure we are happy with the room we got as we are staying for a week. As the hotel was full she was able to juggle things and accommodate us in a good room. Once all was said and done, we found out that she was the manager. That indicates the type of a leadership she has with all the staff. My praise to all. I will have another review of all the staff in the coming days. Other Melia hotels should learn a bit from Claudia and the staff here.”

“Nuestra estancia en el hotel no ha podido ser mejor, desde el check in en el cual fuimos atendidos por Claudia, una chica encantadora dispuesta a explicarnos todo sobre del hotel y de la ciudad, se nota que le encanta su trabajo y disfruta con ello. Posteriormente en el área de desayunos todos los trabajadores fueron muy atentos y serviciales. Las instalaciones son excelentes, la habitación totalmente equipada y el servicio de housekeeping siempre atentos a nuestras necesidades. Muchas gracias por hacernos sentir como en casa.”
