“We were very happy with our stay and had a wonderful family holiday. The hotel has an excellent location, and we especially enjoyed having breakfast and dinner with such a beautiful view. The food was always delicious, fresh, filling and varied. Our room was cleaned very well every day, and the whole staff was friendly and welcoming. We also really appreciated the personal attention given to the guests. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary during our stay, and the hotel prepared a small gift for us, which was a very lovely and thoughtful gesture. It made us feel especially welcome and showed that the hotel pays attention to each guest individually. The evening entertainment and live music were also wonderful. We particularly enjoyed the candlelight concert — it created such a beautiful and romantic atmosphere and was one of the highlights of our stay. A special thank you to the girls from the childcare team! They were extremely professional, kind and friendly. The childcare was truly at a very high level and very well organised. Our son was always happy to go there, play and spend time with the team. We really appreciated that the educators actively engaged with the children rather than simply supervising them. This made a big difference for us as parents and allowed us to relax and enjoy our holiday as well. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful family holiday. We would definitely be happy to come back. The only suggestion we have would be regarding dinner time. For families with small children, having dinner a little earlier, for example around 18:00–18:30, would be much more convenient.”

“Wir haben spontan Urlaub gemacht in diesem Hotel. Wir waren von Beginn an begeistert. Wir wurden so liebevoll&herzlich willkommengeheissen an der Level Reception von der lieben Neda❤️ während unserem Aufenthalt war Almicar stets bemüht uns alle Wünsche zu erfüllen und Alejandro&Gretchen vom Circle Team haben uns in eine neue Welt des Reisens eingeführt🥰 das Zimmer hätte etwas grösser sein dürfen doch für 4 Nächte war es ok. Frühstück, Lunch, Happy Hour und auch das Abendessen waren super lecker. Es war Buffet gestaltet wie in einem Supermarket wo man sich das nehmen konnte was einem angesprochen hat. Es gab immer auch vegetarische Varianten. Wir würden wiederkommen und haben uns sehr wohl&gut aufgehoben gefühlt”

“Mi estancia en el Meliá Calviá Beach tuvo aspectos muy positivos, aunque también varios puntos que considero mejorables. A mi llegada a las 14:00, la habitación todavía no estaba disponible y finalmente pude hacer el check-in a las 16:00. Me asignaron inicialmente una habitación en la quinta planta, pero el ruido de la música de Nikki Beach hacía imposible descansar por la tarde. Solicité un cambio y el personal intentó solucionarlo, trasladándome finalmente a la décima planta, donde estuve mucho más cómoda. La primera habitación que me ofrecieron como alternativa en la planta 10 tampoco estaba en condiciones adecuadas, con una bañera oxidada y reparaciones de pintura poco cuidadas. Quiero destacar especialmente a Ruslan, de recepción, por su paciencia, amabilidad y profesionalidad. Se preocupó en todo momento por ayudarme y encontrar una solución, y su atención fue excelente. El hotel tiene unas vistas magníficas, pero considero que tanto las habitaciones como algunas zonas del hotel necesitan una actualización para estar a la altura de un cuatro estrellas. Mi estancia fue a finales de septiembre y el hotel estaba muy lleno: en las horas punta había bastante espera para utilizar los ascensores, especialmente desde la décima planta. También hubo que esperar por toallas de piscina y en el desayuno había poca variedad de fruta. La cena que probé me decepcionó bastante. Mi salida era a las 6:00 de la mañana y, al no poder disfrutar del desayuno, me ofrecieron un picnic. Agradecí el detalle, aunque me pareció bastante escaso y eché especialmente en falta alguna bebida. La playa frente al hotel estaba muy masificada a finales de septiembre, por lo que solo disfruté de ella el primer día y posteriormente preferí desplazarme a otras calas. El hotel dispone de parking, pero el precio de 30 € al día me parece excesivo. El aparcamiento en los alrededores también es complicado, aunque finalmente tuve la suerte de poder aparcar todas las noches cerca del hotel. Como detalle positivo, me sorprendió gratamente encontrar dispensadores de gel de ducha, champú y body milk de Rituals en el baño. En conjunto, una estancia agradable principalmente gracias al trato del personal y a las magníficas vistas, pero creo que el hotel tiene margen de mejora en mantenimiento, restauración y algunos servicios.”

“Parto dalla camera una Junior suite di 40 metri quadri vista mare, bella e confortevole ma essendo al primo piano la vista è un po penalizzata, alcuni dettagli si possono migliorare ma nel complesso una bella camera , hotel nelle parti comuni bello un po’ meno i corridoi che portano alle camere nei piani superiori. Posizione non male, pur essendo al confine con la spiaggia di Magaluf in un attimo sei in un altro mondo. Essendo una camera The Level si hanno dei trattamenti riservati come la sala colazione e la piscina ma allo stesso tempo si possono utilizzare le altre strutture e attrezzature dell’hotel , dopo la colazione fino alla sera si hanno a disposizione snack e bibite analcolici comprese in The Level e la chicca dalle 17.00 fino alle 18.00 aperitivo con bibite alcoliche e tapas varie sempre comprese. La mattina fare il bagno al sorgere del Sole è una bella esperienza. La parte in riva al mare con i lettini riservati a The Level alla sera è abbandonata a se stessa come i lettini fronte mare più lontani dalle piscine e meriterebbero più attenzione, la mattina comunque viene fatta una bella pulizia. Non abbiamo usufruito della Spa che non viene molto pubblicizzata. Nel complesso un ottimo soggiorno. P.s. Per raggiungere Palma si può prendere il bus e si arriva in 30/40 minuti circa.”
