“Ho soggiornato con mio marito e mia figlia all’Hotel Paris Opéra Affiliated by Meliá e mi sono trovata davvero benissimo. Tutto il personale è stato sempre gentilissimo, cortese e molto disponibile, facendoci sentire davvero benvenuti fin dal primo momento. La pulizia era impeccabile, tutto molto curato e ordinato. La colazione era davvero ottima, di qualità e ben curata nei dettagli: non grandissima, ma con tutto il necessario e con prodotti di ottima qualità. Un altro grande punto di forza è la posizione: la stazione della metropolitana è proprio di fronte all’hotel, comodissima per spostarsi e visitare Parigi. Un’esperienza piacevolissima sotto ogni aspetto. Consigliatissimo!”

“La ubicación es perfecta, el personal de recepción muy amable y cercano. La habitación que nos tocó muy espaciosa y muy bien equipada, ( únicamente pondría el apunte de poder abrir las ventanas ya que estaban bloqueadas). La comida estaba bastante buena y la zona de comedor tiene unas vistas preciosas a las típicas calles transitadas de París aunque nuestra experiencia en ese aspecto fue bastante desagradable. Bajamos a desayunar mi esposa embarazada, mi hija pequeña y yo, nos ubicaron en un almacén, con mobiliario apilado, sin luz natural, nada digno para un hotel Meliá. Se lo comuniqué al personal de sala pero hicieron caso omiso, incluso habiendo mesas libres en el comedor destinado para el desayuno. Adjunto foto de lo que se veía en nuestro desayuno en “medio de París”. El personal de servicio (sala) daba la sensación de no estar preparados para cuando el hotel está lleno. Desorganizados, nada amables, desatentos… Somos clientes de Meliá y jamás habíamos vivido algo parecido. Una lástima.”

“Excellent hôtel et accueil ! L'emplacement dans le 2e arrondissement est idéal pour les visites à Paris. Un métro est juste en face de l'hôtel plus toujours une disponibilité de taxis. Le quartier est animé et bien agréable. Il ne faut pas manquer le petit déjeuner : personnel sympathique et produits variés. Merci encore !”

“The hotel staff are very friendly and welcoming, English language is spoken as well. The concierge was very friendly and can help you with anything you need. . The location is great next to métro so it's easy to get around. You could walk to place de la concorde if you wanted. The surrounding area is safe with plenty of choices for food and drinks. The room I had was quiet nice small but well appointed, comfortable and quiet.”
