“El hotel está súper bien localizado. El desayuno es un must! No os lo podéis perder. Desde la variedad, sí es pequeño, pero tiene de todo. Y buena calidad. Lo mejor es el servicio, en el desayuno tanto Malika como Laurence - Marie muy amables, tienen todo siempre repuesto, y muy buen montaje. En recepción súper amables, Álvaro así como el concierge de noche. Lo único diría tanto a Dirección como a Meliá, revisar el estado de las habitaciones...pueden ser pequeñas pero falta de mantenimiento, la 507 ...silicona visible en baldas del baño, tuberías a la vista, falta de mesita noche, solo 1? “This was an amazing hotel. Very clean, Comfortable bed, spectacular breakfast! But the most impressive was the staff. They went out of their way to accommodate us. And in particular William was so so helpful and personable. He even called our room on departure day because he thought we were running late to get to the airport but actually our flight was delayed. Never have I had a hotel clerk do that. Safe area for 2 women traveling to Paris. Definitely recommend this one.”

“Hotel pleasant enough but at 250 euro I expect better. It's 24deg C with no AC, well there is but not whilst July. Controlled by the calender not temperature, so asked staff to unlock the windows and provide a fan. Yes provided but we had to ask. Hygiene, so I flushed the loo etc , opened a door with a contaminated hand to a small lobby, then another door into the bedroom then another to the bathroom to wash my hands. Breakfast pleasant but not outstanding, bedroom could do with a lick of paint. “Our stay at this hotel was wonderful, with a location that made it incredibly easy to reach the metro, countless restaurants, hidden passages, shops, taxis, and Uber within minutes. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff made every morning feel welcoming. Ishara at the reception desk truly stood out with his constant attentiveness and warm, genuine care.
