“This was an exceptional stay in a very good hotel. There is clearly a hotel wide staff ethos of politeness, helpfulness and good service. It's clear that this goes through the hotel from top to bottom. It's useless if reception is exceptional if the service in the restaurant or bar isn't. Nothing is too much trouble and without being overbearing, the staff are all genuinely engaging. The room was good, the location great, staff excellent and the breakfast delicious. Great place to stay for a show, as we did. Will definitely stay again.”

“El hotel cumplió sobradamente las expectativas. Fui a celebrar mi aniversario y tanto antes del check-in como durante la estancia el seguimiento de Sara e Irene fue impecable haciendo que la experiencia de la estancia fuera realmente inolvidable. Destaco primero el staff del hotel porque las personas son las que realmente consiguen siempre marcar las diferencias Respecto al hotel en sí, increíble, situada en una zona que puedes ir andando a las principales atracciones de Londres: London Eye, Abadía, Big Ben, etc. También tiene estación de metro muy cerca y líneas de autobús que conectan muy rápido con las zonas de interés más alejadas. Me sorprendió mucho la insonorización, viajo mucho por trabajo y si la de este hotel no es la mejor que he estado está en el TOP 3, está en una calle transitada céntrica que cuando pasas por la puerta no se escucha nada, entre la insonorización y la comodidad de la cama el descanso está asegurado. Había probado otras líneas de Melia como Paradisus, Gran Melia, Sol, Innside, Collection y esta era la primera vez que iba a un ME y vaya me quedé bastante sorprendido por el concepto y por cómo lo habían ejecutado. En definitiva enhorabuena al Staff, su profesionalidad sobresaliente ayuda a que la estancia sea más que agradable. Es un hotel que se puede recomendar tranquilamente y desde luego la opción ME la tendré en consideración tanto para viajes de trabajo como para vacaciones.”

Breakfast at Luciano Restaurant was made exceptional by Shwin, who provided attentive, friendly, and genuinely thoughtful service—he made every morning start perfectly. A special thank you as well to Bella at the front reception for her professionalism, warmth, and efficiency. She made check-in and every interaction smooth and welcoming. Truly excellent service from both team members. I expect to see them again in the near future and would happily return to ME London anytime.”

“We went to the Rooftop Bar and the restaurant on site. Such an amazing experience, Luca really helped us enjoy our evening, he was attentive and helped us choose the best dishes the restaurant had to offer. We were offered complementary bread which was delicious. Thank you Luca, we're definitely coming back again.”

“We had a very enjoyable 2 night stay (Saturday and Sunday) We were attending a 30th birthday party in the rooftop radio bar. The hotel has a unique, modern interior and our room was well appointed and situated on a quiet side overlooking the Strand. There was a lot of attention to detail. The staff were excellent and the hotel spotlessly clean. As far as the room was concerned it gave very good value for money. We were well looked after in the STK bar by Pal. Complimentary drinks were supplied, which was a nice touch. We did not dine there as we wanted to experience Covent Garden. Outstanding location close to mainline stations and underground. Also close to Courtauld Gallery, Trafalgar Square, National Gallery, Royal Opera House; all of which we visited. Also close to many theatres and restaurants. I doubt whether you could have a better experience than staying at this hotel in this area of London”

“I had an amazing experience at this skin clinic! From the moment I walked in. The ladies are professional, and made me feel completely at ease. The treatment was explained clearly, and the results exceeded my expectations. My skin has never looked or felt better. Highly recommend to anyone looking for expert care and great results! I had a patch of pigment on my forehead and after treatment and applying the recommend creams daily as instructed the area has shrunk! Thank you daisy!!!!”

“It was my second time staying here and I was delighted to return. Matt and his team took such good care of us. The rooms are beautiful and so well appointed. The whole hotel as an operation is slick and impressive. The food on Radio Rooftop was exceptional. Its location cannot be beaten. Breakfast we had in our room, and it was yummy. Another impeccable stay, all in all. I highly recommend.”

“Una gran experiencia con un solo pero. Nos alojamos 3 noches en la Navidad. Me llamó la atención que la decoración navideña era tan discreta que pasaba completamente desapercibida. La ubicación es magnífica. Al lado de Covent Garden (3 min) y no muy lejos dando un paseo por una zona muy agradable de Picadilly e incluso del Big ben (15 min aprox). La recepción fue muy sencilla y nos pusieron todas las facilidades. Y entonces llegó Jezzabel y remató la jugada. No ayudó en absolutamente todo lo relativo al hotel, descripción, reservas, detalles para el desayuno, para la terraza.... TODO e incluso nos acompañó a la habitación para explicarnos y ayudarnos en TODO. Multiplicó nuestra experiencia por 10. (Felicitaciones) Incluso no ayudó con alguna propuesta para hacer fuera del hotel. Lo dicho un 11 sobre 10. Las habitaciones muy bien insonorizadas y muy cómodas. Ropa de cama acorde, y el nivel de servicio que esperábamos. Buena ducha y buena iluminación con mil opciones. Por poner un pero, no había ni un solo canal de tv en español. Ni TVE 24h. Servicio de bar en el lobby muy justo, se justifican invitandote a subir arriba pero para una parada rápida a nosotros nos venía genial. Servicio limitado pero de nuevo un trabajador creo recordad Ecuatoriano se buscó la manera de solucionar y cumplir cualquier petición de mado más que solvente. De nuevo de 10. El desayuno es a la carta pero la verdad es que nosotros nos cubría mas que de sobra. No necesitábamos más. El café sorprendentemente bueno igual que el zumo de naranja. Le terraza del la azotea. Un sitio cool con gente super arreglada y que de nuevo nos sorprendió por su nivel de atención. la única pega es que nos se como se equivocaron en los cargos de las consumiciones. Un error sin más. El italiano de la planta calle genial. Una opción ideal si te alojas aquí o viernes de fuera. Buenas raciones buenas elaboraciones Como área de mejora.... el Steak House me pareció un precio desorbitado incluso para Londres. 400€ 4 filetes de 200gr+ 1 entrante + 2 postres + 6 bebidas. (lo peor es que lo pedimos muy poco hecho... y eso debe ser que allí es muy distinto). Y lo que no me gustó es que hubo una fiesta privada en el Steak house una. noche y estar en el lobby era imposible por en nivel de ruido y el frio al estar continuamente entrado y saliendo gente. En resumen, un hotel para recomendar y un servicio para copiar y presumir.”
