Великолепное и историческое расположение отеля.

Fuimos a encontrarnos en familia y cogimos 2 habitaciones, de las que no puedo sino quedar agradecido, porque para nosotros lo más importante en verano es el aire acondicionado y éste funcionaba de maravilla, de manera que al llegar por la noche después de caminar Londres y sus alrededores, encontrabas un lecho apacible y fresco. El baño siempre estaba limpio y reponían a diario el papel higiénico, y hago hincapié en esas cosas, porque por lo general en muchos hoteles el aire no enfría nada y loa baños dejan mucho que decir. Otra cosa que me gustó fue la atención personalizada por parte de dos chicas españolas, que nos sirvieron de mucha ayuda en como conseguir un coche tipo carsharing y también nos dieron ticks para gozar mejor la ciudad. No tengo sino palabras de agradecimiento hacia el hotel y sus empleados.

Beware there are rooms located on the basement level, below the sidewalk. It is basically a dungeon down there. Service was OK. Asked for a late check out and they wanted to charge us £20 per hour after check out. Location was great!

I would like thanks everyone for such nice hospitality and support. But I want to list a few things just to inform and be aware of. I understood it's not in thier staff control and they were very helpful and friendly. 1. Sounds proof issue, who is in the corridor will hear you, so keep it down couples and if you in the room you will hear the out and the roof as well. 2. Alarm every Monday. I'm not aware of, my child freak out. 3. Bed sheet change every 3 days. I stay a week, bed sheet change once a night before I checkout. Regards

Oh! How I loved this hotel, so close to a lot of attractions in London the tube station is right across the street. The location is perfect. The staff always treated me with respect. The rooms were cleaned daily which I loved. I will return to this hotel.
