“We had an absolutely wonderful stay! My fiancé and I truly felt like we were in a fairytale. Everything — the location, the interior, the exterior, the entire resort — is simply incredible. You can clearly see how well everything is maintained and how much care is put into every detail. It’s very rare for us to be this genuinely impressed. The only small remark we have is that some members of the staff seemed a bit unfriendly at times — though this certainly doesn’t apply to everyone. We would especially like to mention Mateo, the waiter who took care of us one evening. He made sure we had everything we needed and treated us with great kindness and attention. Overall, it was a magical experience, and we would happily return again.”
