Amazing service, above and beyond from the poolside service with Osvaldo, Octavio, Damien, Fidel and a crew of super professional people..then Nuria mixologist, Ernesto our server, Irene the host, everyone we encountered at Craft restaurant all warm and fun to the spa - where the masseuses Mary and Karin were great and Ruby and Jessica made my every day visit (included in your visit!)to the steam room a whole experience with cucumber eye masks, cold face clothes, hand and feet masques and neck massage!!! Amazing place. Just be aware, if you are sound sensitive, that the music by the pool increases to an incredibly high volume with lots of base and can continue to midnight plus.

BEST HOTEL EVER!!!! With the best staff!!!! Paulina was so amazing to me and my family. She really made our hotel experience flawless and has a very kind soul. She was there for anything we needed!
