“We loved our stay at this hotel, the room was huge, great view towards the main street and across the street from major shopping center, 5 minutes walk to Bukit Bintang and KL train in front of the hotel. The food was really good, Spanish influences, and for “the level” Rooms, you get special access to executive lounge where you can get free drinks all day and also some snacks, in addition of other perks. The staff was really really professional and kind, also very good english speakers among all of them. Totally recommend to stay here!”

“Everything was perfect from the first day to the last hour. The stuff is very friendly and proffesional, the design of the hotel in very modern, the rooms are very spacious and very clean, the amenities are of quality , the pool is clean and the breakfast…sooooo delicious and you have so many options. The location is in the heart of the city and we also had a car parking. Really recommend you this hotel.”

“Very kindly staff. Staff is very frendly. The room is very big and spacius. V LEVEL is many good benefits. Nice panaramic elevator, but only two. Near by train (rapid Kuala Lumpur). A cross the street you have one of the main shoping center Berjaya Time Square.”

“Booked at booking.com for The Level. Service was amazing from the moment i arrived. The staff escorted me to vip lounge for my fast check in at 3pm. We can actually check in at 11am. The hospitality was superb. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They even provide me with disposable cup to bring my coffee outside. U got complimentary coffee n drinks in the vip lounge area. Pool was nice and very clean. The room was spacious enought to accommodate 3 pax comfortably. Room was clean, with complimentary hot drinks. Got fridge, hairdryer, bath tub, great view and most importantly the water pressure was lovely. We were suppose to have breakfast at the vip lounge but we can opt to take in the lobby as well..it a very lovely breakfast with lots of options. check out was also very smooth and Ms Pashya was very helpful with the check out process. Overall it was a great stay and superb hospitality from the whole staff. There was a problem with my access key, but the bellboy assisted us through (i can remember his name, but he was the one with the loveliest smile and was smiling the whole time).”

“I have been staying here for so many times. This could be my 6th or 7th time. CS is excellent. But recently I have experienced abit of lack as we came as 2 couples but the room given to us was 2 single beds room. We insisted to get a double bed or king bed and hv to wait another hour before allowed to check in. Hope they can improve on this.”

“Melia Hotel is centrally located and it is very convenient to go anywhere from this location. Rooms are very nice and comfortable as well as breakfast is amazing with different choices. “Ja absolut empfehlenswert wert, gegenüber liegt eine Mall, wo man günstig und teuer einkaufen kann, es ist ein foodcort verfügbar und ein großer Lebensmittelgeschäft. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön gestaltet, der einzige Manko ist der Fernseher, es ist klein und nicht smart. Für das gehobene Level des hotels wäre ein besser TV drin gewesen, service ist ebenfalls sehr gut.”
