“Consigliato per chi vuole stare in città ma in un ambiente tranquillo. Il parco di fronte mette pace la sera si sentono i grilli e le cicale. L’albergo è pulito, il personale è gentilissimo e disponibile ci hanno aiutato nonostante fossimo delle sbarcate dai voli Emirates e ci hanno accolto come una famiglia. La comodità di avere sotto un centro commerciale piccolo ma molto servito ci ha salvato la vita. C’è tutto e di tutto. La piscina è quasi sempre deserta e si sta da dio. Lo consiglierei a tutti.”

“This is my second stay during my visit to Kuala Lumpur, and once again I’ve had a very positive impression of INNSiDE by Meliá Kuala Lumpur Cheras. What truly stood out this time was the exceptional housekeeping service by Frengki. His attention to detail is outstanding and reflects a standard I would normally only expect from a five-star hotel. The room was always perfectly arranged — towels neatly placed, amenities fully replenished, furniture aligned properly, and everything thoughtfully prepared. On one of the six days, a different staff member cleaned our room and the difference was immediately noticeable — items were moved and not placed back properly, used cups were not replaced, and bottled water was not replenished. While not major issues, the contrast really highlighted Frengki’s professionalism and consistency. He clearly takes pride in his work and genuinely enhances the guest experience. INNSiDE by Meliá Kuala Lumpur Cheras is fortunate to have someone like him on the team.”

“Likes: gym, modern-looking room and modern fixtures, the lobby's decor+vibes, and the friendly + fussfree check-in/check-out. Dislikes: bathroom sink design is flawed. Bathroom drain is slow to drain, heat control of shower water is poor, and water flow through the plumbing system can be heard (when trying to sleep).”
