“Una experiencia increíble en el Gran Meliá Fénix. La ubicación es inmejorable, en pleno Barrio de Salamanca, a pocos pasos de las principales tiendas, restaurantes y el distrito financiero. Todo a un paseo, lo que hace que sea muy cómodo para explorar la ciudad. La atención es excelente, y el servicio es de lo mejor que he experimentado. Desde la llegada, el personal fue increíblemente atento, y el gerente Francisco Mora y su equipo realmente saben cómo hacer que te sientas como en casa. Sin duda, uno de los puntos fuertes de este hotel es su servicio personalizado, que supera todas las expectativas. El Red Level es definitivamente una opción a considerar. Te ofrece acceso a varios servicios exclusivos que elevan la experiencia, como el lounge privado y atención personalizada. Las habitaciones son de lujo, con detalles impecables y una decoración que refleja el estilo sofisticado y elegante del hotel. Un detalle que no puedo dejar de mencionar son los churros recién horneados, acompañados de un chocolate caliente que es un verdadero éxito. Este hotel es un claro ejemplo de lujo y servicio con todo el carisma español, y su pertenencia al exclusivo grupo de The Leading Hotels of the World está más que justificada. ¡Volvería sin duda! ¡Gracias por hacer nuestra estancia tan especial!”

“An absolutely beautiful and luxurious hotel. The room was spacious, comfortable and wonderfully decorated. I slept very, very well in the bed and the breakfast buffet was incredible. I greatly enjoyed returning to the room and relaxing after doing business in Madrid. There were also great views of Madrid.”

“This is absolutely the best staying in Madrid. Ive been to beautiful city of Madrid for few times and non of the 5 star hotels have ever made my trip this way. The Location is perfect the rooms with red level is great staff are so so friendly and welcoming food and drinks at the restaurants are so good and yummy …… I highly recommend this hotel because of its great location pleasant staff “Yana you’re wonderful like all of you guys ❤️”and for so so many other reasons. “My husband and I spent a week at this lovely hotel. Definitely upgrade to the Red Level suite. We enjoyed the breakfast and snacks with drinks in the afternoons. While the room was on the smaller side, we enjoyed the hot tub on a private terrace. Room service was excellent and we especially enjoyed the burger as others have stated. Several nights they brought various complimentary snacks to our room, including Rascon de Reyes in celebration of Epiphany. Our room was pretty quiet, considering it seemed all of Madrid came out to celebrate and watch the parade, which passed in front of the hotel. We also enjoyed the restaurant Aduana and cocktails at The Balmoral. We felt the hotel was nicely situated to sights and shopping! Service was great and most staff knew english.”
