absolutely loved this all inclusive!!

Food 3/10 Drinks 6 1/2/10 Rooms 8/10 Staff 8/10. Yolanda 👎. Manu 👍 Day entertainment 4/10 Night entertainment (kids 9/10) adult 0/10. Don't come here if you've no kids!!!!! Cannot have a dance at night :( 😞 😓 Sit and watch crappy acts. Not good

What can I say about this hotel except a week is not long enough. The staff are so so friendly, the food caters for all types of critics, the rooms absolutely spotless as was the whole area surrounding the hotel, walkways, stairways, pool area, gym and laundry area. There is a small shop located in the foyer but on the last day we discover a large shop connected to the back of the hotel. I seriously cannot fault one thing about this hotel. Located directly at the beach with some shops in the local area, as this is situated in Matagorda it is a good 45minute to hours walk to the main shopping area but sure when on holiday in the sun isn't the beauty of that in the walking and taking in the scenery. Looking to go back this year.

Lato negativo poche regole in sala da pranzo e nelle piscine, nei periodi di forte affluenza con genitori maleducati e parecchi bambini ci vorrebbero, per rispetto del personale che ci lavora e degli altri

Here now No drinking water in our room! No way is that 4 star service! Kettle but no condiments! Teenangers riding E Scooters around the pool & inside the Hotel! Really good effort and energy from the team. I paid €30 to have drinks like water in the mini bar- bottles that came with bottle tops that need a bottle opener! 🤦🏻‍♂️ I've taken coffee from the restaurant to use in the room, but no milk sachets. Food is nice Service is respectful Location to the beach is brilliant! Edit: Christmas dinner was a disaster! Less said the better! Repeat again: Having water bottles in our room that need a bottle opener to open! No use to me or my 8 year old daughter when we are thirsty in our room at night? After paying €30 to have drinks in our room P.S. we are meant to be all inclusive
