The people are what make this hotel so special. Every single person we interacted with was warm, welcoming and genuinely friendly. A special thank you to Bryan and Mark at Reception, Paula and Sandra at The Reserve, and Saskia, David and Joanna, who all went above and beyond to make our holiday unforgettable. They are a real credit to the hotel.
⭐️The Food⭐️
The food exceeded our expectations. The buffet offered an incredible variety every evening, with plenty of choice no matter your tastes. If you fancy a change from the buffet, I highly recommend booking the à la carte restaurants. Samira, Capella and La Graciosa were all fantastic, but La Graciosa was the standout for us. We actually returned twice because it was that good. Every dish was beautifully presented, full of flavour and simply melted in your mouth. I also loved how the staff explained each course and recommended wines to complement the meal. If you’re considering treating yourself to a bottle of wine, do it. It’s absolutely worth it.
⭐️The Pools⭐️
The main pool area can get busy, particularly during peak times, and yes, people do reserve sunbeds early with towels. If you want a spot there, it’s worth getting down in the morning. We spent most of our time at The Reserve pool, where finding a sunbed was never an issue and the atmosphere was much more peaceful.

The Reserve was well worth it. The dedicated pool, premium drinks, delicious lunch options and quieter atmosphere made it feel like a completely different experience. If you’re looking for a more relaxed holiday, I’d definitely recommend it.
⭐️The Room⭐️
We did experience a few issues with the air conditioning during the heatwave, but the team dealt with everything professionally and did everything they could to resolve it quickly. Their communication and willingness to help really stood out.
⭐️Activities & Entertainment⭐️
There is so much on in the day and the team actively encourage you to get involved whether it’s Art Therapy, to Beach Volley or SUP Yoga - you won’t be bored here! The evening entertainment is so much fun - my only wish is that it went on longer because it was always so good!
Overall, we had an amazing stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return. The beautiful surroundings, incredible food and outstanding staff made this one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. Thank you to everyone for making our holiday so special.”

“Nuestra experiencia en el hotel ha sido lo mas parecido a estar en un paraiso. Desde que entras por la puerta impresiona la belleza de las instalaciones, los jardines de la entrada, los diferentes rincones. El personal siempre atento a todos los detalles. Hemos pasado una semana maravillosa disfrutando de la zona de Reserve que ha sido todo lo que buscabamos calma, paz y descanso. El hotel dispone de todos los servicios, restaurantes, spa, gimnasio, tiendas.. lo que podemos destacar es el restaurante la graciosa donde cenas estupendamente en un ambiente muy relajado al con vistas al mar, por otro lado el chiringuito de la piscina de la Reserve nos ha encantado, el servicio por parte de los camareros, siempre amables y con gran simpatia. Sin duda recomendamos el hotel y nos encantrá volver en un futuro.”

Una experiencia de 10. El Paradisus Salinas Lanzarote ha superado todas nuestras expectativas. Las instalaciones son simplemente espectaculares: un hotel precioso, muy cuidado, con jardines, piscinas y zonas comunes que invitan a relajarse y disfrutar desde el primer momento.
La gastronomía es otro de sus grandes puntos fuertes. La comida es excelente, con mucha variedad, productos de calidad y una elaboración impecable. Cada comida ha sido un auténtico placer.
Lo mejor de todo, sin embargo, ha sido el trato del personal. Todo el equipo destaca por su profesionalidad, amabilidad y cercanía, haciendo que la estancia sea todavía más especial.
Queremos agradecer especialmente al equipo del restaurante La Graciosa: Gabriela, Virginia, Xueling, Khadi y Pedro. Gracias por vuestra atención, vuestra simpatía y por cuidar cada detalle en cada servicio. Siempre nos habéis recibido con una sonrisa y habéis conseguido que cada comida fuera una experiencia fantástica.
