Amazing hotel and amazing staff. A special mention to Zeus, what a gentleman and always ready to put a smile on your face, and nothing is ever too much and always available to help with requests.

We stayed at Paradisus for a week for our honeymoon. From the moment we arrived until we left we were treated like royals. The first thing that stood out was the staffs exceptional service and friendly attitude. We were greeted with gifts and they even gave me a bday present since my bday fell same week. They left us notes and called us a few times to make sure we had everything we needed. Our room was amazing and the housekeeping staff cleaned it several times a day. They were super quick and efficient. They made our experience wonderful as well. Then, the spa was the cherry on top. Amazing services and choices and very professional staff. The grounds were always clean and sparkling. No bugs, no pests, no animals except pretty birds. They had elegant landscaping. Good food and waiters, and lots of choices of restaurants and things to do. We also had some excursion experiences included. They get our highest recommendation and if we can ever go back we definitely will book with them again. They helped us have an amazing honeymoon experience we'll never forget.

Great hotel, everything was perfect. The facilities and rooms are modern and very clean. The staff was great. The food was good and plentiful. The big plus was that the beach was right next to the hotel. The hotel is suitable for both adults and families with children. We will definitely come again!

From the delicious meals at the restaurants to the attentive service at the bar, and the meticulous care from housekeeping, the outstanding efforts extended to us from every corner of the hotel were simply incomparable. The concierge services and priority reservations by the sommelier were perfectly orchestrated to enhance our enjoyment and comfort daily. What truly set our experience apart was the prompt and efficient service we consistently received. Room supplies and drink refills were effortlessly handled, making our time even more enjoyable and carefree. We were always met with cheerful smiles and warm greetings that made us feel genuinely welcome and appreciated. It was apparent that each staff member was sincerely invested in our satisfaction and well-being.
