“Las instalaciones están muy limpias, la habitación era amplia y la cama comodísima. La ubicación es perfecta para moverte andando por la zona y el desayuno buffet tiene mucha variedad. Queremos destacar también el ambientazo que hay en el hotel gracias al equipo de animación , que tanto para niños como para adultos hacen que te lo pases en grande , en concreto quiero hacer una mención especial a los profesores de animación Jesús , Ohiane y Estefan , que son el alma de la animación , se nota que les gusta su trabajo y los niños , y bueno.. Estefan es un crack , cuando él hace el aguagym se nota , El personal en general es muy amable y sin duda es un lugar para repetir en nuestra próxima visita”

“We truly had an unforgettable stay at Paradisus Gran Canaria.
My husband and I chose Paradisus Gran Canaria for our honeymoon, and it exceeded every expectation we had. From the moment we arrived until the day we reluctantly checked out, we felt genuinely cared for. It was the perfect place to celebrate the start of our marriage, and we can’t thank the staff enough for making it so memorable.
We stayed in The Reserve in Room 714, which was absolutely stunning. The room featured a massive ocean-view balcony, an indoor soaking tub, and an outdoor tub that made for the most relaxing evenings. Waking up to the sound and view of the ocean every morning was something we’ll never forget.
The housekeeping team was exceptional. They serviced our room every morning and returned each evening for turndown service, always leaving everything spotless. We were constantly supplied with fresh towels, perfectly made beds, and a fully restocked minibar every single day without ever having to ask for anything. Every evening, they left us fresh aloe vera and dark chocolates on the bed, and throughout our stay we were surprised with thoughtful treats waiting for us when we returned to our room. Those little touches made us feel incredibly special.
The biggest thank you goes to Tif from the Guest Experience team. She was absolutely phenomenal. She responded to every message or request within minutes, was incredibly communicative, and consistently went above and beyond to ensure our honeymoon was perfect. Her kindness and dedication made such a lasting impression, and she truly elevated our entire experience.
We also have to recognize Jose at The Reserve pool and beach area. He anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, constantly checking on us, bringing us drinks, and making sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our days by the water. His service was outstanding.
Another huge thank you to Abraham at Ginger and The Shack. Every evening he made sure our drinks were never empty, always greeted us with a smile, and had such a positive outlook on life that it made every interaction with him enjoyable. He truly embodies exceptional hospitality.
And of course, a special shoutout to Jonas, who we got to know at both Ginger and Vibra. His friendly personality and outstanding service made our evenings even more enjoyable, and we always looked forward to seeing him.
The spa experience was another highlight of our trip. From the reception staff to our massage therapists, everyone was warm, knowledgeable, and welcoming. They took the time to explain all of the spa’s offerings, and our couples massage was one of the most relaxing experiences we’ve ever had.
We also can’t say enough good things about the food. We loved every single restaurant and were very impressed with the buffets lunch and dinner options! We preferred to eat breakfast at the private reserve area each day and very much enjoyed that too.
The entire Guest Experience team was incredible, and the vast majority of the staff throughout the resort made us feel like valued guests every single day. We also loved taking advantage of the included amenities and excursions, which made our stay even more memorable and allowed us to experience the beauty of Gran Canaria beyond the resort.
Paradisus Gran Canaria gave us the honeymoon we had always dreamed of. The beautiful property, luxurious accommodations, exceptional service, and genuine warmth of the staff made this one of the best vacations we’ve ever taken. We left with amazing memories and are already talking about when we can return.
