Avis sur Meliá Grand Hermitage

Kellemes nyaralás viszont sok meglepetés ért. A szálloda közel sem nyújt 5 csillagos szolgáltatást, a szálloda nem mondható partmenti szállásnak, 100-300 m gyaloglás nem mindegy a szintkülönbség se. Elég nehéz 2 kis gyerekkel a közlekedés a hotel és part között. Gyerek medencék gyengék, egy gyerel csúszda van aminek a víze mocskos és a csúszás veszélyes. Minden medence víze hideg, kültéri meleg vízes medence nincs. Takarítás reggel 9kor van, ami annyiban kellemetlen hogy a kisgyerek lehet méh alszik és nem egy kiránduláson fogom reggel 7-kor felkölteni. Ágynemű csere nincs, pedig az már 4 csillagos hotelben is elvárás, folyósok mocskosak. Összeségben egy jó hotel de a nagyon jótól messze áll, ár minőség arány nézve nem éri meg ide jönni 4-5 fős családdal. Nagy a zsúfoltság kicsi a férő hely mindenhol.

Waren 7 Nächte dort und hatten ein Landzimmer, wobei sogar mit seitlichen Meerblick. Die Zimmer sind groß, aber deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. (Dreckiger Teppichboden, dreckige Vorhänge, verkalkte Dusche, schwarzer Schimmel) - man darf halt nicht genau hinsehen ;-) Zum Hotel generell würden wir gute 3 Sterne geben. Wie sich die 5 Sterne im Vergleich zu den anderen Hotels ergeben bleibt ein Rätsel für uns. Essen war für uns in Ordnung, aber wie schon paar mal erwähnt die tgl. Schlacht ist ein Wahnsinn. Jeder glaubt er muss verhungern. Das All Inkl. Service ist gut, man bekommt den ganzen Tag überall Essen und Trinken. Vom Strand sind wir etwas enttäuscht und deshalb zum Tortuga Beach Club ausgewichen. Am hauseigenen Strand keine Cocktails bei der Beachbar und Liegestuhl Schlichtung wie Konservendosen. Von Entspannung sind wir hier weit weg. Was uns noch sehr aufgefallen ist, ist das Aufzugsproblem. Unser Spitzenwert war 15min Wartezeit pro Stockwerk. Da gehört das gesamte System erneuert. Zimmerservice eigentlich bis auf Handtuchwechsel nicht vorhanden. Sonst ist das Hotel riesig und generell sauber. Für einen Familienurlaub mit Kinder sicher eine tolle Wahl. Das Animationsteam ist bemüht. Die bezahlte Massage war leider sehr lieblos und die Masseurin hatte glaube ich selber nicht wirklich eine Ahnung was sie eigentlich zu tun hat. Wir haben den Goldstrand nun einmal gesehen und müssen jetzt nicht unbedingt nächstes Jahr wieder hin. Preise sind mittlerweile ähnlich wie in Ö oder DE. Im Gesamten ein schöner Aufenthalt, bei dem Preis/Leistung nicht passt. (1500€ p.P / Woche)

Melia its a very big hotel. You have to be prepeared to walk a lot from one place to another! The noise from all the activities and all the music from the pool area, is very tireing and annoying. Average food, and bad drinks. The animation team, is great!! For the kids, was super, but, we, as adults alone, we would have NOT come here

As many customers have noted in their reviews, this is not a 5-star hotel in terms of service. For example, I find it odd that the employee who was mostly at the Level lounge hardly speaks any English at all. Even a message translated into Bulgarian doesn't help, as according to him, he mainly understands Russian. When you ask him for something to drink, for instance, he claims that these are not available, even though they were on previous days; and even now they were available when he bothered to check the fridge contents. Otherwise, we think the food and service were quite good, the room change went smoothly, the rooms were clean, etc. A bit more smiling and a friendly attitude from the staff would be appreciated. Some of them do it very well, but the other half seems to be sulking behind the counter with an indifferent attitude. With a few small adjustments, this would be great, hence one star deducted.
