Meliá Grand Hermitage

This was by far our best hotel visited. Rooms were amazing, the food excellent and staff went beyond expectations. The Level category was a great experience it gave more options for visiting in the hotel. The only downside was the distance from Burgas airport to the hotel in the dark but on way back was better.

Sakyčiau viešbutis vertas savo kainos. Rekomenduočiau kambarius su vaizdu i jūra, tada saulėtekį galima sutikti balkone. Nors viešbutis didelis, bet valgykloje karšto maisto gaminimas vyksta salelėse prie kurios gali prieiti iš trijų pusiu, tai eilės nesusidaro. Yra keturi barai- prie registratūros,paplūdimyje,vakarais prie vykstančių renginiu ir pagrindinis prie baseinu. Nuo 17 valandos kepa amerikietiškus burgerius ir itališkas picas. Saldumynai jau būna paruošta lėkštutėse po kelis skirtingus, jei tinka pasiimi, jei ne gali rinktis iš bendrų padėklų kas tau tinka. Numeryje baras mokamas. Yra grafinas su stiklinėmis vandeniui, o jo atsinešti galima iš vandens automatu kurie stovi koridoriuose. Iki paplūdimio reikia nusileisti nuo kalniuko. Iš viešbučio teritorijos neišeisi be kambario rakto, taip pat ir neieisi. Paplūdimyje gultai nemokami. Viešbuti eidamas i paplūdimi specialias korteles išsikeiti i rankšluosčius o vakare pasikeiti i korteles. Viešbutis dar turi Level lygi- jie turi atskira registratūra, valgykla ir baseiną su pagerintais gultais, bet tai kainuoja papildomai.

This was one of my best experiences overall, I booked "The Level" in this hotel and that is an option that gives you access to some really nice things and in my book. Totally worth it and just made my holiday a stress free and excellent experience. The areas that are available as "the level" was above and beyond. The restaurant is quieter and not very crowded, you get table service for drinks and you could always find a table. The extended time for breakfast (to 11 instead of 10) let's you have a non stressful morning and the pool area for the level was also great, always sunbeds available and some peace and quiet. On top of that you have the lounge on floor 8 that was also excellent to take it easy in with a perfect view of the ocean. The rooms where also big, clean and with an awesome bathroom. With both separate shower and bathtub. I also really enjoyed the cold water dispenser in the floor 8 hallway. Will come again and would love to stay longer as well. I once visited the main restaurant below to check it out and the difference was night and day in stresslevel, specially as a lone traveler that is used to have to almost fight for a table at other hotels. Super happy with my stay but the food could have been more varied in the level restaurant if there is anything to take note of.

Отдыхали в двоем с мужем в этом отеле с 12сентября 2024 8дней.Всегда отдыхали в Турции в хороших пятерках.Есть с чем сравнивать.По этому подробно об этом отеле:сам отель хороший, хорошие номера, нормальная уборка, большой выбор блюд, несколько раз даже не ходили на обед.Пляж не большой, как для такого большого отеля, но свободые лежаки можно найти, но очень неприветливый персонал везде.Больше не приедем, особенно после случая, когда мы купались в закрытом бассейне и днем в бассейне было 4человека и сотрудник в воду высыпал 2ведра хлорки и быстро ушел.А спасатель при этом сказал, что это не мое дело.Когда обратились на рессепшен и к гостролейшен, ответили, что разберутся и доложат нам.Все без ответа.Анимация тоже очень слабая.Про организацию экскурсий вообще нечего сказать- их нет, хотя желающих было бы много, главное все умело организовать.Вечером скучно в самом отеле.Чувствуется, что нет хороших менеджеров, которые умеют все организовать.

Mega fajny hotel, przede wszystkim polecam Pakiet The Level - restauracja ze wspaniałym jedzeniem, fantastyczna obsługa, The Level Garden z podgrzewanym basenem - coś wspaniałego. I wisienka na torcie - zakaz rezerwowania leżaków jest bardzo wielkim atutem.
