“Really nice but my only problems are freezing main pool I've tried getting used to the water but I think I just got colder also poor lifts take ages to get anywhere and some food need labels and also strict staff and ive lost about 5 euros to one of the claw machines because it didnt do anything and pizza was pretty hard but they had buns and I LOVED THEM(They are the ones inside the little plastic bags) but the guests arent great.”

“There was an exceptional vacation at this hotel. For our wedding anniversary we've looked an all-inclusive resort with warm ocean or sea. The selection was just shoot in the goal. Since we've entered the hotel we drowned in lot of warm greetings, amazing food, care of our happy stay. Seems that anybody from the staff were glad to help us. It really made the mood. They thought about everything that could require for stay. Literally it's enough just to bring yourself there they will take care about the rest.”

“This was our second consecutive stay at Meliá Barcelona Sky, and it remains a hotel we are very fond of. We always book a room in The Level category on one of the higher floors. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed and spotlessly clean, with wonderful views across Barcelona, including the Sagrada Família. The staff are friendly, the service is excellent, and everything is comfortable and well organised. Overall, it is a lovely hotel that we have always enjoyed returning to. Unfortunately, there was one major disappointment during this visit: breakfast. On our previous stay, breakfast for The Level guests was served at Skyline 24, on the 24th floor, with magnificent panoramic views of the city. It was one of the highlights of staying in this room category and made the whole experience feel rather special. Sadly, breakfast has now been moved to the main restaurant on the ground floor, and the difference is considerable, both in the quality of the food and the standard of service. In my opinion, the current breakfast experience falls well short of what one would expect from a five-star hotel, particularly for guests paying extra for The Level. This is the only reason I am giving the hotel four stars rather than five. I would sincerely encourage the hotel management to reconsider this decision and bring breakfast for The Level guests back to Skyline 24. It was one of the features that made this hotel stand out and a significant reason why we chose to stay here again. If breakfast returns to the 24th floor, we will happily come back. However, if the current arrangement remains, I honestly see little reason to book The Level again. It is a real shame, because in every other respect this is an excellent hotel.”

“Great place, clean spacious room, great service, food OK, perfect location 2min from beautiful beach.”
