“We had a lovely stay at Sol Puerto de la Cruz Tenerife! The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the location was fantastic. The hotel was clean and peaceful, making it a great place to relax. The only thing that could be improved is the room interior, as some updates and renovations would make it even better. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would recommend this hotel! 😊🌴”

“This is our second stay at Sol Tenerife, our first being 4 years ago. We have had a wonderful stay and will absolutely come back. The staff are pleasant, the rooms are clean (slightly dated but we don’t mind that! Definitely take an extension lead though as there’s only one power outlet in the room and one in the bathroom), the location is great and in walking distance to Costa Adeje, Los Cristianos, Siam park and Siam mall. Right on the seafront too which we love. It is right behind the Las Americas strip so if you don’t want to hear loud music all night, every night then don’t book this hotel! We love sitting on the balcony enjoying the vibes and twinkly lights (rather than being a part of it) and when it’s time for bed we pop in our earplugs and sleep like babies until breakfast! The food is good. A little repetitive and nothing fancy but I don’t mean that with any negativity. It suits us just fine. Enough variety to suit those that will only eat pizza and chips or want to be a little more adventurous😂 The staff surprised me with a bottle of bubbly in our room for my birthday too which was a really special touch. Thank you to everyone at Sol Tenerife for making our second visit even better than the first! See you soon 🫶🏻”

“Hemos estado una semana en Tenerife en familia (2 adultos y un niño de casi 3 años) y no hemos podido elegir mejor lugar para alojarnos. La ubicación es ideal en la zona más soleada de todo Tenerife , a pie de playa y de zona de restauración, (menudos atardeceres!) y super bien comunicada para realizar excursiones al norte que está a una hora en coche sin que suponga un impedimento. El apartahotel es comodísimo, la cocina da mucho juego para poder hacer alguna comida o cena “en casa”. El personal y las instalaciones son inmejorables, limpias, reformadas y super accesibles. Desde recepción, limpieza, camareros… todos, absolutamente todos han sido súper amables y profesionales. Cero dudas para quien busque un alojamiento en la isla, tenga el plan que tenga. Volveremos seguro!!”

“Nuestra experiencia ha sido increíblemente grata. Tanto la habitación como las zonas comunes estaban súper limpias y cuidadas, además se podían apreciar desde el hotel unas vistas espectaculares. El personal en general ha sido muy amable y nos gustaría agradecer especialmente a Jonay y Alfonso de recepción que a parte de recibirnos muy bien y ser agradables, nos recomendaron un buen sitio para ver el fútbol. El hotel es espectacular, tanto por sus instalaciones como por su ubicación, pero lo que realmente marca la diferencia es el trato del personal, siempre amable, atento y dispuesto a hacer que te sientas especial. Cada rincón está cuidado al detalle y el ambiente invita a desconectar y disfrutar al máximo de la estancia. La gastronomía, las piscinas y las vistas hacen que todo sea aún más especial. “I was absolutely blown away by Gran Meliá Palacio de Isora! I travel quite a lot and have stayed in many hotels, but this one is definitely among the very best. From the moment I arrived, everything was exceptional. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming and attentive. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and the level of service really makes a difference. The rooms are cleaned daily and everything is kept to a very high standard. The food deserves a special mention – easily 10/10! The buffet offers such an incredible variety that you honestly don’t know where to start. Everything was delicious, beautifully prepared and full of flavour. There is so much choice that you could stay for several days and still have something new to try. The swimming pool is absolutely stunning and probably the biggest and most beautiful I have ever seen in a hotel. The views are breathtaking, and the whole resort is beautifully situated. I was lucky enough to have a Deluxe Front Sea View room on the fifth floor, and waking up to those views was simply amazing. Another highlight is the entertainment every single evening. Watching the sunset while listening to a DJ playing outside was such a lovely experience. Later, the entertainment moves indoors, with different shows and activities to enjoy. There is always something happening, so you really don’t need to leave the hotel to have a fantastic evening. I stayed for five days and came home feeling genuinely relaxed and refreshed. The hotel has everything you need for a perfect getaway: beautiful surroundings, outstanding food, fantastic service, amazing pools, great entertainment and lovely places to enjoy a drink while taking in the views. Gran Meliá Palacio de Isora is more than just a hotel..it’s an experience. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a few days of pure relaxation, a little luxury and the chance to switch off, enjoy a few cocktails and simply make the most of every moment.
