GRACIAS ❤️”

“Wonderful staff and great hotel. Sonia was just lovely. Breakfast was very good, the facilities are nice. Only issue is public transport but we ended up renting a car. The rooms are spacious and the housekeeping service is very clean and all the staff were amazing, sociable and welcoming.”

“Gonzalo can dance pretty good! Perfect service!”

“My sister and I have had a wonderful stay at Hacienda del Mar in Estepona. The hotel is beautiful, with stunning architecture, elegant interiors and so many thoughtful details that make it feel special from the moment you arrive. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the team. David at reception deserves a special mention for the warm welcome he gave us on arrival and for going above and beyond every single day to ensure we felt looked after. His genuine kindness, attentiveness and thoughtfulness made a real difference to our experience. The incredible suite upgrade was a lovely surprise and added an extra special touch to our stay. Throughout the hotel, the attention to detail and the team's commitment to making guests feel valued really stood out. For me, the most memorable hotels offer more than beautiful surroundings. They have character, genuine hospitality and that special feeling that stays with you long after you leave. Hacienda del Mar delivers exactly that. Thank you to David and the entire team for making our time here so memorable. We leave with wonderful memories and would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a truly special stay. ❤️”

“*****A Fantastic Experience! An Excellent Hotel with an Outstanding Team!***** We had a wonderful experience at Holiday Polynesia! It is a fantastic hotel, especially for families, with a beautiful and original tropical atmosphere. The fish, turtles, birds, lakes and even the little ants are all part of this unique setting, perfectly integrated into the hotel’s theme, making it such a special and charming place. Above all, I would like to highlight the friendliness, dedication and professionalism of the entire staff. From reception and check-in to the Kids Club team, the restaurant and bar staff, and the housekeeping team, we were always welcomed with a smile, genuine kindness and a willingness to help. Everyone was highly professional, attentive to guests’ needs and committed to making our stay as enjoyable as possible. **A very special thank you to Elisa Moleno** for her kindness, attentiveness and dedication. People like Elisa make a real difference and leave guests with wonderful memories of their stay. Thank you so much for everything! The food was very good, with a great variety of dishes and plenty of options to suit different tastes. It was a shame to see some guests piling their plates with food only to leave half of it uneaten. With so much choice and such good quality, it would be wonderful if everyone served themselves thoughtfully and helped avoid food waste. The surrounding region is also beautiful, making the whole experience even more special. My heartfelt congratulations to the entire Holiday Polynesia team! The staff are what truly make the difference and turn a good holiday into a memorable one. I sincerely hope that management recognises their hard work and professionalism and rewards them accordingly, including with a well-deserved pay rise. They work with dedication, friendliness and a level of customer care that deserves to be recognised and appreciated. **I highly recommend this hotel**, especially to families looking for comfort, fun, great food and a unique atmosphere. A huge thank you to all the staff, and especially to Elisa Moleno, for helping make our stay so enjoyable. Keep up the excellent work! Congratulations to everyone, and best wishes for continued success! 👏🌴🐢”
