Great location, well equipped, spacious rooms, good variety of decent food, friendly and helpful staff

Here at the moment, in block B, floor 10 facing the sea, noise from karaoke across the road until 11.30pm but it's grand and good songs. Silent after that. Great night's sleep. Room lovely, very clean, beds made and cleaned daily. Whole place is spotless, ok carpets a bit stained but that doesn't affect holiday. We are all inclusive and food is amazing, huge variety. Food available from 7.00am until 9.15pm. Pool area and snack bar is great. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Little supermarket attached, as well as a great hairdressers/beauty salon, which I would recommend. Highlights, cut and blow dry is less than half the price of that in Ireland. Situated right on the beach and walk way. Would highly recommend this place and would return.

Première vacance en famille depuis que l'on a notre bébé. Nous avons donc séjourné dans cet hôtel avec notre bébé d'1 an et demi et tout s'est bien passé. Ils nous ont mis à disposition un lit pour bébé dans la chambre avec oreillers et couette pour lui. En salle de restaurant, il y a des chaises hautes. La nourriture est satisfaisant sauf les déserts, pas à notre goût. La literie dans la chambre était bonne, j'ai vraiment bien dormi qu'en rentrant on a décidé d'acheter les mêmes oreillers. :) Le bruit de la mer est important, attention à ceux pour qui ça peut déranger. Le ménage dans notre chambre a été tout les jours et c'était propre. Nous n'avons pas de regarde pointilleux sur la décoration etc.. tant que le confort vitale est là, le reste est secondaire. Sinon il faut mettre le prix. En bref: Super séjour dans cet hôtel, bien équipé et confortable. Adapté aux enfants. (Translated by Google) First family vacation since having our baby. For a first time visit to Tenerife, I can't complain. Central location, on the beach, friendly staff (although Reception staff were really slow). Some parts of the hotel were dated, but not a problem. Food and drinks spot on, atmosphere round the pool throughout the day was great.
