Hicimos reserva en este hotel y luego leímos las reseñas tan negativas que tenía. Pero nos sorprendió mucho y he decir,que superó nuestras expectativas. Habitación amplia y limpia.El buffet bastante bien. Buena ubicación y personal muy amable.

For the price and location it’s a good hotel. The staff were friendly and always helpful, however it’s certainly not 4 stars. The rooms are a bit dated and lack enough wall plugs but it’s not that big of a deal, the breakfast was decent with enough options and lots of seating space. Note that it’s an “old people” hotel but this goes in hand with Puerto de la Cruz:) Overall enjoyed our stay. Small tip would be to use the vending machines across the street next to the police station instead of the hotel’s as the water is cheaper.
