“Reading the reviews and experiencing the hotel I think the hotel does not deserve the low rated reviews. Yes it’s loud at night and they could do with some double glazing (bring earplugs) the staff and entertainment was great. They really go above and beyond for children, the food they changed every night, buffet style, and the staff polite. Always something to do And a great location, 6 minutes from Siam park / mall”

“Después de muchos años queriendo conocer el Gran Meliá Palacio de Isora, por fin hemos podido disfrutar de una estancia de tres días mi marido, mi hija y yo. Como residentes, era una experiencia que teníamos pendiente, y solo podemos decir que ha superado con creces todas nuestras expectativas. Lo que más nos ha conquistado ha sido el trato humano. Hemos recibido una atención excelente e inmejorable desde el primer minuto. Todo el personal forma un gran equipo, y eso se nota en la organización, la coordinación y el cariño con el que tratan a los huéspedes. En muchas ocasiones, antes incluso de pedir algo, ya lo teníamos preparado. Siempre atentos, amables, serviciales y con una sonrisa. Queremos agradecer especialmente a Dylan, del RedLevel Lounge for Families, por su cercanía y profesionalidad. También a Ángel, Ernesto, Moha, Nicolás y Pablo (que suele estar en el bar de la planta superior), por hacernos sentir como en casa durante toda la estancia. Un reconocimiento muy especial para Teresa P., nuestra camarera de pisos, siempre tan atenta, servicial y pendiente de que no nos faltara absolutamente nada. En el desayuno del RedLevel queremos destacar a José, Jesús y Janet, que cada mañana nos recibían con una enorme amabilidad y hacían que el comienzo del día fuera perfecto. Y, por supuesto, a Mario, el botones que nos dio la bienvenida. Fue la primera sonrisa que encontramos al llegar al hotel y nos explicó todo con una cercanía y una profesionalidad excepcionales. Sin duda, la mejor forma de empezar nuestras vacaciones. Además, nos alojamos justo durante la ola de calor, en unas condiciones especialmente difíciles para quienes trabajan de cara al público. Aun así, todos realizaron su trabajo de forma impecable, siempre con una sonrisa y una actitud extraordinaria, incluso cuando era evidente el enorme esfuerzo que estaban haciendo. Eso demuestra la gran calidad humana y profesional del equipo. Gracias a todos por hacer que nuestra estancia fuera tan especial. Sin duda volveremos muy pronto y recomendaremos este hotel a todo el que busque no solo unas instalaciones espectaculares, sino también un servicio de auténtico cinco estrellas.”

“We stayed at the Meliá Jardines del Teide for 6 nights in Room 745 on the 7th floor. We went with my boyfriend for our anniversary and booked a last-minute Jet2 holiday, which included bed and breakfast and car hire. We got a really good last-minute deal. The fact that the hotel is adults-only was perfect for us. It was quiet and relaxing, with no children around, and I would definitely recommend it to couples looking for a peaceful break. We stayed in a Junior Suite with an Ocean View and balcony. The room was a really good size, with a big comfortable bed and a lovely balcony where we could sit and relax. The bathroom was also great, and there was a kettle with tea and coffee facilities. One funny little issue happened on our first night — one of the coffee creamers smelt like cheese when I opened it! 😂 I contacted room service to ask for replacements, but unfortunately nobody came, so later that evening I went to reception myself and they sorted it for me. The hotel itself is beautiful, but be prepared for lots of walking! It is very hilly and built across different levels, so there are plenty of slopes, steps and walking between different areas. If you're not used to walking uphill, you will definitely notice it! The main pool was amazing and there was towel hire available. Just be aware that the private pool is only available if you upgrade your stay. There are also restaurants, evening entertainment and a couple of shops on site, including a jewellery shop and a swimwear/sunwear shop. The shops looked lovely, although we didn't buy anything. Breakfast was one of our favourite parts. There was a huge choice on the buffet, everything was well presented and the restaurant was kept very clean and tidy. The customer service from the restaurant staff was also excellent. The staff were generally very friendly and helpful. A special mention to our porter, Danilo, who was very polite, helped us with our luggage to our room and gave us some useful information about the hotel. We were also given a complimentary welcome prosecco, which was a lovely touch. Nicole was also really helpful and gave us some great advice. We attended a presentation about joining the Meliá Club with CJ and were offered a choice of three complimentary gifts. We chose a couples' massage, although unfortunately we didn't end up using it. The Meliá Club did look amazing from what we were shown, with lots of benefits and facilities available. Another special mention to Alice at reception, who was fantastic. She gave us lots of useful information and helped us with planning our trips around Tenerife, including recommending places for us to visit. Parking is available at the hotel and there is a decent-sized car park. There is also street parking nearby. The hotel isn't far from the beach, although it is a bit of a walk. We were told there is also a daily transport bus to the beach if you don't fancy walking. There are also plenty of shops, restaurants and a shopping complex within walking distance, which was really convenient. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at the Meliá Jardines del Teide. The adults-only atmosphere was perfect for our anniversary, our room was spacious, breakfast was excellent and the staff were genuinely helpful and friendly. The main thing to be aware of is the hilly layout and the amount of walking, but this didn't spoil our stay. We had a lovely time and would definitely recommend this hotel to couples looking for a quiet and relaxing Tenerife getaway. ❤️”
