“Just got back from an incredible short stay at the Hotel Victoria Gran Melia. From the moment we arrived the staff were extremely professional and attentive, creating a friendly, welcoming and personal atmosphere throughout our entire stay. An extra special mention to Pedro and Olimpia who seemed to go the extra mile to make our stay extremely special. Our room was incredible, large, clean and spacious with a beautiful view of the marina and cathedral, an extremely comfy bed and all the amenities we could wish for. The food in the restaurant provided some of the best evening meals we had ever eaten, this could have easily been a Michelin star restaurant, offering beautifully presented local dishes that tasted amazing coupled with excellent friendly service, portions were typically large and worth every euro! The offerings for breakfast were out of this world with the largest selection on offer that we had ever seen, from a freshly cooked full English, to cereals, a huge continental selection of meats, fish, cheese and pastries, again all beautifully presented and extremely delicious, there was so much to offer it would have taken over a week to try everything! We highly recommend paying the extra for the red level service the hotel offers: this provided a continuous supply of additional delicious food and drink including alcohol throughout every day which paid for itself very quickly and added an extra special feeling to our stay. Thanks to all the staff at Hotel Victoria Gran Melia for giving us one of the best holidays we have ever had! This is truly one of the best holidays we have ever been on and is completely unforgettable! We will return! Xx”

“5 Sterne?? Das Personal ist sehr lobenswert! Der Empfang sehr gut Der Barkeeper Ernesto sensationell einer der sein Handwerk versteht..... alle Drinks perfekt Ambiente so wie auf den Bildern..... Altes Haus gut in Schuss Aber....der Hinterausgang der eigentlich praktischer wäre weil man gleich zur Promenade am Hafen kommt.....wirkt dreckig...noch dazu steht ein ToiToi neben dem Eingang das brutal stinkt.....der Indoor Pool/Spa für 5 Sterne ein witz...der Outdoor Pool geschlossen... eigentlich ist der ganze untere Bereich nicht sehr schön eher sehr abgenutzt und wirkt aus sehr dreckig.. Fazit... Barkeeper und Frühstück Super.. Personal Super Hotel 4 Sterne... Hinterausgang nicht benutzen 🤣”

“En realidad , quiero dar una opinión crítica. Soy cliente de Meliá y me fascinan todos sus hoteles. Allá donde voy siempre encuentro un servicio espectacular, unas instalaciones impecables y la comida para disfrutar. SIEMPRE elijo MELIÁ. Pero... A razón de las opiniones que leo, bueno, también era mi cumpleaños y lo comenté en la reserva; la habitación daba a la parte de atrás (aunque era preciosa). No faltó detalle . Pero encuentro que las instalaciones en comparación con Meliá Bay o Palma Marina... son un poco antiguas y hacia un poco de frío. La piscina interior, el agua estaba fría . La persona de recepción, que nos atendió ,un poco frío, pero bueno, igual no era el día. Todo lo demás perfecto. El buffet del desayuno, un poco escaso en variedad ... No había naranjas, y la fruta era escasa y no había cortada. No había pan sin gluten y el café era flojito. El acompañamiento del vermut/vino, frutos secos eran salados y un poco pasados. Nos gusta disfrutar, y aunque fue corta, nos alegramos de estar enelia, ya que es nuestra cadena de referencia. Eso sí, perdí una gafas de sol y me las recogieron muy amablemente. We like to enjoy ourselves, and although our stay was short, we were happy to be at Enelia, as it's our go-to hotel chain. “Very nice hotel with super friendly and welcoming staff. They are genuinely kids-friendly, which we really appreciated as a family. The hotel has a slightly older feel, but renovations are currently underway. It’s about a 30-minute walk to the city center. There’s no dedicated kids or toddler play area, but overall we had a pleasant stay.”

“La experiencia en General ha sido positiva, con algo de luces y también sombras me explico , la llegada al hotel fue muy buena desde minuto uno era como sentir que ya habíamos estado alojados más veces y era la primera ya que nos recibo Guillermo (botones) con especial simpatía y en recepción Sr. Pedro muy amable y todo cercanía, vamos a las instalaciones , la entrada al hotel es elegante ,amplia y bonita ,zona de recepción amplia y con presencia de hotel Gran Melia al igual que su amplia zona de estar con un bar, la zona de comedor es muy bonita con elegancia y grandes cristaleras que dan vista a la terraza también cómodo este se une a zona Red level donde se puede tomar durante todo el día bebida y snaks (un poco flojo de esto) sus camareras son de lo más agradable que he conocido en un hotel serviciales y totalmente a tu disposición ,especial mención a Olimpia una bonita persona gracias por hacer tan agradable nuestra estancia, también cuenta con zona de SPA muy limpio y con muy buena sauna vamos a alguna sombra , las habitaciones están reformadas y tienen muy buenas vistas al puerto , la pega importante (y me ha sucedido en otros Melia) es que los servicios son de un solo seno y bastantes estrechos por no decir enanos, esto se puede ender por la reforma pero para dos personas y en habitación Supreme para mi NO es aceptable , la insonorizados es algo defectuosa en la puerta ya que se oye TODO lo que sucede en el pasillo desde dentron de la habitación. Este viaje fue para celebrar junto con mi esposa mi cumpleaños y doy las gracias por el detallazo en la habitación de una buena botella de Cava. Un saludo a todo el equipo y gracias.”
