“Love this hotel! Perfect!”

“Absolutely lovely place to stay. Staff are friendly, helpful and happy to see you. The whole place is clean and tidy. The room was lovely, clean and spacious. Perfect view from the balcony out to sea. The pools were clean but freezing!! The choice of food was amazing, fresh fruit, fresh bread, great selection in all 3 sittings. The staff work non-stop clearing and setting tables and topping up food. The entertainment was brilliant. I had the best time, relaxed and calm. I would definitely stay again.”

“W dniu przyjazdu, dostaliśmy pokoj na pierwszym piętrze z widokiem na ...właściwie z brakiem widoku. Poprosiliśmy o upgrade z widokiem na morze i obsługa w recepcji sprawnie zorganizowała zmianę pokoju ( za dopłatą ale to jest oczywiste przy zmianie standardu pokoju). Hotel bardzo czysty, obsługa miła i pomocna. Jedzenie świeże a wybór wystarczający. Świetna lokalizacja - kilka kroków do plaży i restauracji. "Toast green cups"- świetne rozwiązanie na utrzymanie porządku!”

“Honestly cant understand the low ratings i read before we came here. We arrived 27th september for 7 days and couldnt fault the hotel for anything in the slightest , food was very good every day plenty of variety including deserts cheese and plain food for fussy eaters like burgers chips and pizzas were all very nice. The hotel itself was very clean the pool itself was cold as predicted but once you get in and move around its fine. The room was very basic but enough to keep your stay good very clean and everything in order only negative i would say is the small lifts and ques for the lifts but luckily we was on the 2nd floor and it didnt matter much. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the entertainment staff were a good laugh as well partook in the water aerobics and water basket ball which was fun. To anyone looking try not to be too disheartened by any negative reviews as me and my partner had the best week going and will 100% be usijf this hotel again in the future”

“.my daughter, 7 year old granddaughter and myself came here for the 2nd year at start of September.....we cannot fault one thing about this lovely hotel, from start to finish it was amazing. The rooms are adequate and very clean our room was cleaned every day and beds made....first class, The meals....well there is something for everyone to choose a very large selection and food even cooked to order is amazing.....my 7 year old granddaughter loved the pasta and the chips and the ice cream .....The entertainment staff at the kids club i can only say were absolutely amazing, they always go that extra mile and excell themselves in their amazing work, they do so much with the kids and make them feel special, one of the entertainment staff even remembered my granddaughter from last year.....now thats what i call.....amazing people.....The entertainment each night was amazing, always something different on ......and afterwards the holiday makers were involved in various fun tasks, which my daughter was always first on stage to take part.....thats what its all about....enjoying......the kids pool area where we spent most of our time is fabulous and the lifeguards are great.....we cannot fault sol palma nova one bit and we have already booked again for next September.........so dont listen to the bad reviews and dont let it put you off going to the hotel as i would recommend it to anyone with kids.......10 out 10 all over and if possible 20 out of 10 for kids entertainers, they work so hard throughout the day and night and still have smiling faces.....well done to you all...Elaine, Holly and Charlotte xx”

“Mój pierwszy pobyt na Majorce. Hotel bardzo dobry. Dobre jedzenie. Czysto może za sprawą żetonów na drinki. Nie było nigdzie pozostawianyçh kubków. Obsługa bardzo pomocna. Bardzo blisko plaży. Dosłownie za rogiem możesz popływać w morzu. Pokoje czyste z tv , czajnikiem i lodówką. Fajny program rozrywkowy. Mam dobre wspomnienia.”

“Bardzo dobry hotel, miła obsługa, tylne wyjście z hotelu pozwala na szybki dostep do plaży, trochę małe pokoje ale wakacje da się znieść, jedzenie ok dużo do wyboru , sporo owoców morza a ja nie lubię, choć jestem kucharzem z zawodu zawsze mam jakieś zastrzeżenia, ponieważ ciezko dostosować się dondywidualnej osoby to rozumiem, dlatego uważam że każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Hotel stoi na ulicy po której jezdrza autobusy do Palmy, przstanek jest 20 m od hotelu ,za nie całe 3 euro możesz dostać się do Palmy a z tamtad masz możliwość pojechać do wielu miasteczek i pozwiedzać, nie musisz wynajmować wycieczek zorganizowanych, jak jesteś obrotny to sam sobie wycieczkę zorganizujesz. Polecam”

“Acabamos de pasar una semana en todo incluido y la verdad que nos ha encantado casi todo, la ubicación fantástica, el buffet muy variado y buena calidad y el servicio fantástico excepto por una de sus camareras llamada Elisabet, la verdad que esta chica es bastante desagradable y lo suyo no es la atención al cliente, al igual que muchos melias en todo includo te dan fichas que cambias por vasos para la consumición y al pedirle por favor que nos lo cambiases para poder irnos a la playa llego hasta resoplar, hay derecho a ir de vacaciones pagar y que te den este servicio? Si nos te gusta la atención al público dedícate a otra cosa pero no des ese servicio a gente que va a disfrutar y descansar…una auténtica pena no poder puntuar como se merece gracias a personas como esta chica!!!! Los animadores muy atentos”
