“We stayed here at the end of summer for three nights and loved it. It is a real retreat. The environment is beautiful, all in the middle of nature and mountains.... The pool was not crowded any of the days we were there, so it is really relaxing and the SPA, we were alone in the heated pool. The breakfast was very good, just like the service... all the staff made us feel very welcome. They also recommended us a mountain route from Ratxo and we really liked it, very recommendable because it's not difficult and the views are really beautiful! Looking forward to coming back!”

“My husband and I went for our honeymoon to this beautiful retreat. We had the most amazing, relaxing and memory making time at Ratxo. The retreat is what it says on the tin, it’s an escape from all the hustle and bustle where you are really able to switch off from the world and relax in the beautiful scenery. I cannot fault this retreat at all, the room we stayed in was so spacious and the beds, well, they were unbelievable! The food was superb, we had breakfast then we had our main meals in the restaurant too! Taste sensation! ❤️ We had a couple of massages in the spa, i think you can tell what I’m going to say about that……. Amazing!! You really will not regret booking this retreat, if you just want to completely relax, be well looked after, eat great food and drink great wine. Thank you for taking great care of us! “This hotel was an absolute incredible experience! We recently celebrated our engagement there and the food, the location and the hotel itself were breathtaking! The staff and the hotel manager were so incredibly nice and even upgraded us to a better room to congratulate us to our engagement. The food at the hotel restaurant was also an absolut 5/5. It was the best food we had on Mallorca so far! And don’t worry about the road, it is manageable. Just drive slowly and carefully to avoid the potholes and you will be fine. Believe me when I say: it is absolutely worth it!”

“A breathtakingly located gem - the approach perhaps a little adventurous, but the hotel with its delightful attention to detail makes up for everything. We had booked in for one night, a short escape from everyday life. As soon as we arrived, all the stress fell away, and the warm welcome from the staff contributed significantly to this. In general, the house is characterised by very friendly, courteous and attentive staff, all of whom speak excellent English (an important detail for some visitor). Only the gastronomic offer (lunch and dinner) could (or should) be improved. The menu does not do justice to the place and its speciality, which I and my partner found a great pity. The offer was not really varied and innovative. Could be much better. On the other hand, breakfast was very varied and extensive! It was hard for me to leave, but I look forward to further visits.”

“Das Essen und das Ambiente ist richtig toll. Leider ist die Anfahrt echt anstrengend, das Unwetter hat auch noch dazu beigetragen das die Straße noch schlimmer geworden ist. Leider.”

“Pasamos una noche en este hotel apartado donde podras descansar sin nada de ruido. El hotel es precioso con una piscina grande donde si hace bueno podras relajarte en sus hamacas ademas tienes piscina de spa con sauna y mas servicios. El restaurante tiene diferente comida de dia y d enoche y es muy elaborada y de buena calidad. El desayuno es a la Carta y de buffet con zumo Natural y tostadas riquismas. Si quieres perderte en la Montaña y desvansar no lo dudes. El unico problema q tuvimos lo solucionaron rapido y sin pegas el hotel a pasado a mejor gestión.”

“The hotel complex is beautiful and the rooms are unbelievably great. The bed is very comfortable. The receptionist picked us up directly from the parking lot and greeted us warmly. The staff was very kind and attentive. Rarely have we experienced such good service. Thanks to Xisca , jordi, Aina and Lulu for the good service. We felt really comfortable and your tips are great! Of course, thanks also to the chefs whose names we do not know. But the food was delicious and also a little experience! The journey was a little adventurous, because the road goes 20 minutes offroad. But we found exciting. Included in the price is a visit to a wildlife park nearby! We thank you for the wonderful stay! “Das Hotel ist ein absoluter Traum! Hier findet man Ruhe und Entspannung mitten in den Bergen. Die Zimmer und die Anlage sind sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal, vor allem Lulu, ist superfreundlich und kompetent. Das Frühstück war sehr schön angerichtet und vielfältig. Kommen gerne wieder!”

“Das LJs Ratxo ist ein wunderschönes Hotel inmitten der Natur im Tramuntanagebirge. Wer gerne relaxen möchte inkl. Spa oder auch z.B. Wandern in der Natur ist hier genau richtig. Das ganze Team ist ausserordentlich freundlich und bemüht, um den Gästen jeglichen Wunsch zu erfüllen. Wunderbares Frühstück und sehr gutes Dinner! Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder!”

“Muy buena experiencia. Hemos pasado tres noches y todo ha estado de lujo. El lugar maravilloso en una zona de la tramuntana preciosa. La atención del personal inmejorable. Todo muy limpio y bien cuidado. La comida riquísima. Si tengo que poner una pega, sería con el colchón de la cama. Pero no se si es así en todas las habitaciones o solo en la que estuvimos. De todas formas un 10 en todo. Muy recomendable”

“We were very near to not making the reservation for to the bad comments the hotel has ,but we saw that the prices had improved and at the last minute we went and had a great time . I can speak for ourselves. For me, the only serious problem is the road, which is in very bad condition and dangerous. The rest is amazing. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are very large. The staff is very friendly. When you arrive they wait for you with a welcome drink. They are very flexible. We went to have breakfast early because we were going on an excursion and the guy at the reception Abel was very kind and we were able to get something quick for breakfast. Thank to all the staff, the girl at breakfast and the man who prepares everything first in the morning. We hope to return and continue to improve!!!”

“Ein wunderschönes Hotel zum Ausruhen und Genießen der Natur. Es ist ein wunderschöner Ort, der alles hat. Saubere Zimmer. Das Frühstück ist sehr abwechslungsreich und vor allem das Personal ist das Herzstück des Hotels. Danke an Abel, der mit uns Deutsch spricht und so nah ist. Der einzige negative Punkt ist die Straße, sie müssen einen neuen Weg haben, weil es dauert Auswärts Prestige für das Hotel. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team !!!”

“My partner and i have stayed here for a week now and have very much enjoyed our stay. Very kind and helpful staff who made sure we were at all times pleased with our stay. They even upgraded us to a junior suite because they decided the aircondition did not function as it should in our original room. Cleanness and service was great, also offered drink and food service by the pool. Only downside of the resort is the bumpy road the last 2-3 km which is extremely damaged. Altough, after talking to a staff member we understod that the resort has changed owners this excact month (aug 23) and that it is a priority to fix this issue. After reading earlier reviews about missing staff, we must admit that we did not notice, it was always possible to get in contact with a staff member. The area is absolutely beautiful and surrondings will definetley not tire you. So we definetley recomend visiting the small village centre where you also will find cozy restaurants. We can definetley recomend this beautiful place!”
