“Ein wunderschönes Hotel. Wir waren von allem begeistert, grosse Auswahl beim Buffet am Morgen, sehr freundliches Personal, Zimmer waren perfekt sauber 👍 leider hatten wir kein Zimmer gebucht mit Balkon aber es war dennoch ein super Aufenthalt 😍 kaum aus dem Hotel raus, befindet man sich am sehr sauberen Strand welcher weiterführte direkt in die Stadt, auf dem Weg gibt es viele Souveniershops, Bars/Restaurants & einkaufsmöglichkeiten”

“Wow, truly spacious and bright rooms! Very friendly staff and super clean. There’s a lovely pool overlooking the sea with a bar with very adequate prices. The picture is from the bedroom showing the bathroom/shower (there is a blind you can draw in case you’re not traveling with your romantic partner 😅)”

“Richtig gut, direkt neben der Stadthalle mit Wahnsinns Zimmern und Ausblick auf denn Hafen. Die Örtlichkeiten drum herum sind nicht zu empfehlen, dazu ist die Stadt besser geeignet. Einzig ein Gutes, aber dafür wirklich sehr gutes Restaurant gibt es am Strand. Parkhaus, Fitnessstudio, Pool auf dem Dach”

“È senza dubbio un bell'hotel. Ci sono stato due volte, la prima volta mi hanno trattato bene, mentre questa volta ci sono rimasto un po' male. Mi hanno cancellato il volo e per una notte in più mi hanno fatto pagare €300 mentre per tutta la vacanza di 5 giorni mi fecero pagare €350 e questo per me equivale ad approfittarsene delle disgrazie e delle emergenze altrui perché una notte, 100 o al massimo €150 erano ben pagati. Ma non solo, visto che avevo mia madre di 82 anni invalida gli ho chiesto la gentilezza di farmi fare il check out due ore dopo loro hanno detto di sì ma mi hanno fatto pagare €30. Non è giusto trattare così le cliente perché per ciò che è successo Io non ci tornerò più. Sconsigliato il cibo in piscina l'ultimo piano. Prodotti molto scadenti e senza sapore. Dei toast con delle patatine fritte e un mojito analcolico, udite udite €40. Con €40 in Italia mi strafogo per due giorni. Questo è un hotel per gente che ha soldi e che dormi lì pagata dal datore di lavoro poiché si trova di fronte ad un palazzo di congressi. Quindi purtroppo non ci tornerò più, ma non perché non mi piace ma perché €300 a notte non li ho pagati neppure a Dubai.”

“I`ve stayed at the Melia Palma Bay for a couple of nights during a golf trip. For this occasion the stay was good. The location slightly outside of Palma is good when you have a rental car to get around. My room was clean and offered a nice view over the small harbour nearby. The design of the room and the hotel itself is scandinavian with a loot of wooden furniture and design elements. Unfortunately, the breakfast was just okay. I`ve expected a slightly better breakfast buffet, especially when I compare it to previous stays in other Melia hotels. I'll consider to book this hotel again for my next trip but maybe without the breakfast option then.”

“4 éjszakát szálltunk meg a Melia Palma Bay Hotelben a The Level szobákat vettük igénybe. Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat, a személyzet rendkívül kedves, segítőkész.”

“A nice, elegant and simple hotel close to Palma and the Airport. The Level Rooms are recommended, they come with a better view and a lot of benefits such as the Level Lounge with a la carte breakfast and drinks until 21:30, free ironing for one piece, Spa etc. The food and drinks in the lounge could be way better and cannot compete with Marriott or Hilton or other hotels. American Express is very well accepted. Late check out was even for Meliá Gold members not possible. That was a little bit disappointing.”

“Schönes Hotel in sehr guter Lage. Busanbindjng direkt vor der Tür zum Flughafen. Die Stadt ist Fußläufig zu erreichen, der Strand wenige Meter entfernt. Die Zimmer sind groß und modern eingerichtet mit tollem Ausblick. Der Pool ist auch ein Highlight, wer eine Liege (insbesondere im Schatten) möchte muss allerdings früh kommen. Preis-Leistung hat bei uns nicht ganz gepasst.”

“The hotel's location is excellent, just a 10-minute taxi or bus ride from the airport, a 15-minute walk from the old town, and a 2-3 minute walk to the beach. The room was adequate but felt somewhat outdated, particularly the wardrobes and bathroom. Additionally, I could hear noise from the neighbouring room. The rooftop pool offers a pleasant view but has limited opening hours, closing at 7 pm. When I arrived at 6:45 pm, pool towels were no longer available. Breakfast was good overall; however, on the first morning, the service was slow, with missing food items not being replenished promptly. I would also have appreciated earlier opening hours than 7:30 am. I find it inconvenient when I cannot use the stairs and must wait for the lift, especially since my room was only on the second floor. When I attempted to use the stairs via the emergency exit, I ended up in the kitchen.”

“I have to modify my review since I wrote that I was not happy with the service I received since I got charged twice. But I have to say that after providing all the documentation they realized the error and immediately proceeded to refund me. Very professional”

“Ansich guter Standort. Etwas außerhalb von der Innenstadt, aber diese ist schnell zu erreichen mit Bus oder Taxi. Service war gut. Wir mochten vor allem den Pool und die Bar oben, welcher ohne Aufpreis genutzt werden konnte. Sehr schöne Aussicht.”

“Wir sind sehr begeistert! Durch unsere Buchung einer The Level Junior Suite konnte wir in einem separaten Bereich frühstücken und nachmittags Snacks genießen. Dort check man auch gemütlich bei einem Sekt mit Blick aufs Meer ein. Das Zimmer 917 war für uns ideal. Schlafzimmer hat eine Tür zum Wohnbereich, wo unser Sohn geschlafen hat. Beide Räume können gut verdunkelt werden. Der Wohnbereich bietet ein riesiges bodentiefes Fenster mit Blick aufs Meer. Wir hatten hier viel Ruhe, die Räume sind sehr gut schallgedämmt. Das Doppelbett war ein Traum, selten so gut geschlafen. Man konnte sogar aus drei verschiedenen Kopfkissen wählen. Es gibt einen Kühlschrank und einen kleinen Safe, 2 Fernseher und immer kleine Aufmerksamkeiten wie Wasser, Schokolade oder Cookies. Allein mit Deutsch wäre es etwas schwierig, aber mit Englisch kann man sich im Hotel gut verständigen. Überhaupt sind alle sehr zuvorkommend, übrigens auch im Restaurant Trasluz! Wir haben dort sehr gut gegessen. Es findet sich rechts vom Eingang (von innen steht nicht dran, dass es sich um das Restaurant handelt). Gefehlt hat uns lediglich eine Stelle zum Trocknen der Badesachen. Da das Zimmer keinen Balkon hat und klimatisiert ist, wurden Badehose und Co. schlecht trocken.”
