“Our stay at Paradisus was nothing short of spectacular. The staff are first class, the hotel is first class!
Usually when writing a review like this I have one or two little niggles or faults with the hotel but I genuinely haven’t got a single fault to give.
The food was fantastic, the à la carte restaurants were so easy to book into with the concierge over WhatsApp (not sure if this is just for the reserve guests)
We also never struggled to find something to eat in the buffet either (which coming from a pretty fussy eater is unheard of)
No task was ever to much to ask for! We spent some time between both pools, at the main pool there was never a struggle for a sun-bed (infact it felt empty at times with the amount of beds available)
The reserve pool is top notch, while it is considerably smaller and there are less beds available, Fiona made this experience feel like absolute luxury providing drinks and snacks poolside throughout! Fiona is a Pina Colada queen!
That being said, you could equally have just as great an experience without booking the reserve, the whole hotel is absolutely stunning and pretty much everything is included with the standard booking (other than the reserve pool and the reserve lounge)
The rooms were always immaculate, the turndown service in the evening provided a little added sparkle by popping some chocolates on our bed and providing fresh aloe Vera in our bathroom every night! (Which was sorely needed given the weather was so hot)
The entertainment in the evenings was good, usually was either a live artist or something for the kids. If the entertainment isn’t for you there are places locally you could go within walking distance of the hotel but we were happy with the atmosphere in the hotel itself!
I don’t usually make this sort of remark, but I could return to the paradisus over and over and never get sick of it there! It’s absolutely magical and all the staff make this hotel simply exceptional! We both had the best time and hope to return soon! ❤️”

“Lovely hotel, at great location away from the crowds. We’ve done the reserve for adults and it was a great choice - we’ve had mostly great choice of loungers or Bali beds at no extra fee to lay down directly by the pool, but the most memorable was service from Maivelys - always welcoming, helpful and catering to everyone at great timing - I am certain that pina colada would show on my blood test if there was one! Haha… thank you for all the care - we will remember reserve experience for a very long time!”

“Después de nuestra quinta estancia en este maravilloso hotel, podemos decir que ya se siente como nuestra segunda casa. Desde el primer momento, al llegar, deshacer las maletas y relajarnos, todo resulta fácil y muy acogedor.
La gastronomía es excepcional, muy variada y de gran calidad. Incluso el restaurante principal ofrece un nivel que normalmente solo se encuentra en restaurantes a la carta de cinco estrellas. Cada noche hay nuevas especialidades y momentos culinarios destacados. Los restaurantes temáticos también son fantásticos, y la pizza merece una mención especial: ¡para nosotros, la mejor pizza fuera de Italia!

After our fifth stay at this wonderful hotel, we can say it already feels like our second home. From the moment we arrive, unpack, and relax, everything is easy and incredibly welcoming.
The food is exceptional, varied, and of the highest quality. Even the main restaurant offers a level usually only found in five-star à la carte restaurants. Every night there are new specialties and culinary highlights. The themed restaurants are also fantastic, and the pizza deserves a special mention: for us, the best pizza outside of Italy!
The staff is one of the main reasons we always return. They are incredibly friendly, attentive, and always make guests feel welcome from the very first moment.
The pool area is very well designed for families. The children's and baby pools are perfect for the little ones, and the play area with a slide is ideal for having fun. There are always plenty of sun loungers available, making everything very relaxing.
The beach and bay are simply spectacular. The children loved building sandcastles while we watched them peacefully at sunset, a Strawberry Mojito from the hotel in hand: an unforgettable moment.
The entertainment team is fantastic. They always create a cheerful and welcoming atmosphere, especially during Aqua Gym, which is so much fun and full of energy.
