“I booked this hotel at the last minute after being disappointed with my previous accommodation, the Warrington Kensington Apartment in Jasper. However, from the moment I walked through the doors of this hotel, I was blown away. It genuinely felt like I had stepped into another country and was on holiday! The receptionist was absolutely brilliant — extremely helpful, polite and welcoming. We had a lovely conversation, and although I had requested an upgrade that unfortunately wasn’t available, she reassured me that I would love the room I was given. She was absolutely right! The room was beautiful, and I couldn’t have been happier. I can’t remember her name, but I believe it may have been Danielle. She was working on Sunday evening, and I would love for her to receive recognition for the excellent service she provided. The restaurant was equally amazing, the rooms were exceptionally clean, and everything about my stay was perfect. From the customer service to the overall atmosphere, I genuinely couldn’t fault a single thing. This hotel deserves six stars, not five! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thank you so much for making what could have been a disappointing trip into such a wonderful experience. I will most definitely be returning and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an outstanding stay.”
