“"I had a wonderful stay at Meliá! The hotel boasts a fantastic environment and a superb location that makes getting around very convenient. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional hospitality. Every staff member was warm and welcoming, and I want to give a special shout-out to Lucas and Helena for their incredible service. To my absolute surprise, while I was having breakfast on my birthday, they suddenly brought out a cake and warm birthday wishes. It was such a touching and unforgettable moment! Thank you, Meliá team—especially Lucas and Helena—for making my special day so memorable. Highly recommended!"”

“Good Stay with an Excellent Breakfast Meliá Chiang Mai has a great location, close to the Night Bazaar while still being in a relatively quiet area. The highlight was definitely the breakfast—one of the best I’ve had, with a huge selection, very well organized and always well stocked. Rooms are comfortable and decent-sized, and the staff are helpful. The hotel is also very family-friendly, with a large kids’ play area and a nice swimming pool. I also really liked the free bicycles, which are great for casually exploring Chiang Mai. The downsides are the two elevators, which can mean long waits, and the rooftop lounge is fairly standard. The biggest negative was a very strong sewage/drain smell in the lobby and reception area late at night, especially around midnight. I’m not sure what causes it, but it was very noticeable. Overall, a good five-star hotel with an excellent breakfast, convenient location, and great facilities for families.”

“This hotel deserves a 6th star. From the breakfast buffet that has variety and flavors that top the last two Michelin star restaurants I ate to the impeccable rooms. Throw in the rooftop bar and pool and this is a top spot.”
