“We stayed at the Melia Chiang Mai after I had a accident and so I had to use a walker to get around. I cannot say how much all the staff helped me, they went out of the way to assist me, they helped carry my food and drinks and I literally felt overwhelmed with their kindness. From the front door staff, receptionist, pool staff, cleaners and the restaurant staff everyone was so supportive towards me. The food, rooms and pool area are all excellent and very clean. I cannot recommend this hotel enough and a special mention to Marsela and the other waitresses at breakfast thank you so much for everything, you will all remain a very special memory to me.”

“I have only been here for one night and I am SO grateful for this hotel. It’s so clean and spacious. I absolutely LOVE our room. Gym is well equipped and just nice touches all over such as nuts and cool towels in the gym and delicious water on the lobby. The staff are so kind and considerate and go above and beyond to make the stay as enjoyable as possible. I am super particular with cleanliness and this hotel passed the bar for me! Location has been amazing. Close walk to shops, markets, massage, coffee, laundry etc. We extended our stay an additional 3 nights bc we love it here so much!”
