“This was my first experience of a 5 star hotel and it has definitely raised the bar! Every single staff member is so friendly and welcoming. We had a junior suite, which was massive and was always spotless after cleaning. The breakfast is amazing (we did bed and breakfast only). There are always sunbeds available so no need to rush down. Shout out to Fernando who does aqua gym, he was fantastic and always put a smile on everyone’s faces! I can’t recommend this hotel enough 😊”

“This hotel is absolutely fantastic! From the housekeeping to the bar staff to the staff that greet you it is absolutely unreal. We did bed and breakfast here and wish we done all inclusive sheerly off of the amazing food at breakfast. The pool area is different class and amazing for a romantic getaway away from the hustle and bustle of the main strip. Meliá has got a customer for life after this trip!”
