“Wir haben im September eine Woche in diesem wunderschönen Hotel verbracht und können es uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Für uns hat hier alles gepasst: Service, Essen, Zimmer, Lage. Die Anlage ist auf mehreren Ebenen aufgebaut mit sehr vielen Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten, somit verteilt es sich sehr gut und man findet immer ein ruhiges Plätzchen. Die Natur um das Hotel herum ist atemberaubend. Für uns eines der schönsten Hotels in denen wir bisher waren, wir kommen garantiert wieder.”

“Bello hotel! Inmerso entre montañas, mar y mucha vegetación. Para relax y disfrutar unos días del norte de Tenerife está muy bueno. Si te gusta el golf más aún, porque tiene una muy bonita cancha pegada al mar. Está algo alejado de los pueblos más poblados y a 60 km del aeropuerto. Mi consejo es alquilar vehículo para moverte.”

“We took the route over the mountains in the west of Tenerife. Stunning drive. Upon arrival, we were treated very courteously by Paulo, an incredibly good first experience, which only set the mood for the rest of the stay, at Reception were were met by Nerea, sat at the check in desk. Her manner again was incredibly welcoming and put us instantly at ease. The entrance Hall is grand and gives a good impression. Our bags were taken to our room by Paulo as we checked in. We opted to find our own way to our room, which was easy. On entry to our room, we were not disappointed by the standard and cleanliness of the room. (Junior suite with panoramic view). The only item we were not a fan of was the beds being a twin set up. However this was rectified without fuss and upon the first asking. The Breakfast didnt disappoint any day of the stay. Good options and kept well supplied. During the day the pool area was clean and peaceful. We had drinks there and made use of the pool side bar/restraunt. The food was delicious, especially the sandwich club. The spa staff were friendly and incredibly helpful. We dined at the Italian, where we had Kervin as our waiter. He was brilliant and made the experience all the better. Food was delicious well presented with recommended additional aspects from Kervin made it even better. With Kervin knowing the menu well made eating with a difficult allergy much easier. Sadly the Ikko was under renovations, but from what we could see that would have made a lovely place for the evening. And the Montenegro was difficult to partake in owing to a difficult allergy, though the menu sounded delightful. The evenings had love music at the tasca wine bar, all of which was pleasant with Javier making for an even more pleasant experience. We took a trip to the Atlantic pool, which was a beautiful setting fed by sea water and incredibly private. With a driver available from the hotel to take you to the golf course then another to drive you through the golf course to the pool. Food and drink were available. And service was as expected. Overall it was an incredible experience and we will visit again.”
