“This past July, we returned for the 4th time to this prestigious hotel! Located in the exceptional Salamanca district and within walking distance to Retiro Park and other important landmarks (Prado, National Library, Plaza Mayor), it's also close to major restaurants, cafes, and the bustling high end shopping district.(Gucci, LV, Cartier, Rolex, etc) Stepping into the hotel always feels like a home away from home, where every detail has been meticulously curated for the comfort of guests. Our room provided breathtaking views of the city, and we loved watching the sunsets on our balcony from our Penthouse suite. Each morning, breakfast was not only a feast for the eyes but also absolutely delicious! The Red Level services, front desk, concierge, dining rooms, housekeeping, all interacted with us making us feel valued and appreciated. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure all our needs were met and leaving a lasting impression. Going the extra mile is common practice here. Highly recommend! See you soon! :)”

“Excelente hotel, con servicio prácticamente impoluto. Desayuno excelente en calidad. Habitaciones old-school elegantes y acogedoras. Cama muy cómoda. Nos encantó el staff, tanto de recepción (muy eficiente) como de comedor y concierges. La respetuosa bienvenida de Jean Paul, Antonio, y Santiago al bajarnos del taxi fue la primera agradable sorpresa de una estancia que fue óptima.”
