“5 estrellas servicio muy bueno pero la verdad, es un hotel viejo, bien cuidado y limpio pero viejo. 2 noches me costaron 1200 dólares. “An excellent stay at Hotel Fénix in Madrid. Probably the most beautiful hotel we have stayed at. The service was impeccable. Especially Santiago, Antonio, and Jean Paul were so attentive, helpful, and always knew our names which was so personable. Also the cleaning staff was so friendly and left our rooms so clean and put together. It was such a lovely honeymoon to stay here and can’t wait to come back to Madrid just to stay here again! Thank you to everyone at the hotel for making it the most perfect stay.”

“Service was top-notch. Ana took great care of us from check-in through checkout, even coordinating housekeeping along the way, and giving us tips to experience the Semana Santa/Holy Week activities. Everyone we encountered was lovely. The location strikes a perfect balance, close enough to walk to the main sights, yet tucked away enough to avoid the crowds. We visited during Semana Santa (Holy Week), when the city was packed and intense, but the hotel remained a calm retreat after we attended the processions and saetas. We just checked out today. When we visit again, we wouldn’t stay anywhere else.”
