“Muy buena experiencia, se nota la categoría del hotel y la excelente selección de personal. Muy bueno el buffet y variado. Destacar en recepción a Marah y al resto de personal, todos serviciales y eficaces En el comedor muy bien Miliana, Vanessa y también Felix, Paco, etc., con la amabilidad como señal de identidad. Por ser creíble apuntaré como algo que me faltó, el hecho de que la caja fuerte no funcionó, pero debo decir que cuando lo mencione en recepción se tomaron inmediato interés. Lastima que ya me iba.”

“We stayed for two nights in summer. The service is extraordinary. The Argentinian gentleman at the door was super friendly, attentive and efficient with our luggage, welcome experience and even check out! The quality of the food is also top for a buffet, plenty of healthy options, fresh and local food. First day we went to a la carte and the service was also 10/10! Lloret de Mar is not the best destination unfortunately but if you are planning to stay in the resort is wonderful for sun, good food and activities. They also have plenty of parties and things to do in there. Spa circuit comes with an extra charge. As a remark the pool was totally dirty with small black things that I assume are not dangerous but still not pleasant. Overall we were looking for sun, pool and good food so we did really enjoy the resort!”
