“Room 427 is a smaller size room with all the needed amenities (including body lotion 👍) and a table with 2 chairs. Its window faces the wall of another building in the restaurant alleyway. Our room is clean and the linen has a neutral non-perfumed smell. Our five night stay has been enjoyable with a a good breakfast on the 6th floor. Their view of the Alhambra and surrounding mountains of Sierra Nevada is spectacular. Especially if you sit out on their patio. We got The Level access and the 3 concierges Amor, Andrea and Alexandra on the 6th floor have been a tremendous help with getting a last minute tour guide for us to Alhambra and a cave flamenco. They check us in and will check us out. It is well located and we were able to see 2 processions during the Holy Week before Easter Sunday. Behind the hotel is a street that has 2 of my favorite restaurants and tapas. El hotel está recién renovado y se nota la nueva dirección, el cuidado y mimo que le han puesto. Las habitaciones son muy elegantes con una estética contemporánea con detalles que me conquistaron nada más llegar desde el menú de almohadas, los amenities,la lencería, los souvenirs de la ciudad o los libros entre otras cosas. La limpieza es muy exhaustiva(algo en lo que me fijo muchísimo debido a mis alergias y problemas de salud) Mención especial para el personal que es realmente atento, amable y diligente(se nota que hay cultura de servicio pues hay personal del hotel que lleva décadas allí). La zona LEVEL me pareció mágica, creo que es mejor descubrirla porque pocos sitios hay así. En cuanto al restaurante NERVIO y Nervio ALTO el hotel da un paso más y se desmarca claramente con la cocina de Periko Ortega(chef estrellado). Es un restaurante divertido y original. Hay intención en lo que su Chef prepara donde el producto local se percibe tanto en la carta como en la ejecución especial y diferente de sus platos. Un hotel muy bien dirigido con un estándar alto que se aprecia desde el check in y check out. Una estancia para repetir !!”
