“Very nice hotel in the downtown of Granada. Friendly check in service. Lovely lounge access and breakfast. The only disappointing part was that they gave another family checking in our room and had an oversight that the room was occupied. We found this family at our door opening the doors while we were inside. If we weren’t in they would have been in our rooms and access to our possessions. This was frightening this could happen.”

“Pros: Central location, superb bathroom amenities, superb bed with various types of plush pillows for everyone’s needs, great soundproofing, excellent breakfast variety with breathtaking views of the city on the 6th floor Cons: 30 min uphill walk to the Alhambra in the August heat was rough. 6th floor venue with the breathtaking views disappointingly closes at 8pm, no umbrellas for the rain, the first room I was given had ants so had to switch”

“No es la primera vez que me alojo en este increíble hotel. Está recientemente reformado (2024) y se nota mucho en las habitaciones. La decoración es impecable, las habitaciones y zonas comunes agradables y el personal es encantador. Recomiendo encarecidamente reservar habitaciones The Level: el lounge con vistas a la alhambra y el buffet a la carta de desayuno merecen el incremento de precio. Las habitaciones The Level son notablemente mejores también, además de tener beneficios como late check-out, etc. La ubicación del hotel y su comunicación con la ciudad son inmejorables. La catedral, la plaza de los Reyes Católicos, el mercado árabe y la Gran Vía son lugares turísticos a un brevísimo paseo del hotel. Un taxi desde/hacia la estación de tren puede costar 8-12€ y tarda 10 minutos, para la alhambra es muy similar. Por último, lo que hace de este hotel uno sobresaliente es su personal: en la recepción general siempre han estado dispuestos a ayudar con una sonrisa y el personal de servicio es encantador. Especial mención a Paula, la recepcionista de The Level, quien hizo de mi estancia algo casi familiar. Sin duda continuaré alojándome en este hotel, disfrutando de su excelente servicio y la maravillosa ciudad en la que se encuentra.”
