“Buena ubicación, habitaciones bastante amplias, cómodas y agradables. Sin embargo, el desayuno está claramente por debajo de lo esperable en un hotel de cinco estrellas y la atención personal es prácticamente inexistente. Un Meliá de 5 estrellas debería exigir mucho más en servicio, atención al cliente y calidad general de la experiencia. La ubicación y las habitaciones cumplen, pero el conjunto no transmite en absoluto la sensación ni el nivel de servicio propio de un verdadero cinco estrellas Melia.”

“The hotel itself is absolutely beautifully designed, and I really appreciated the modern concept. One thing I always check before booking a modern hotel is whether the windows can be opened, as many hotels nowadays do not offer this option. Fortunately, this hotel does, which was a big plus for me. Overall, I really liked almost everything about the hotel, especially the location and the hospitality. We stayed for three nights and had a very pleasant experience. There are, however, a few things that I think could be improved. Every evening, we stopped by the bar, but the main area was always showing football on a huge screen. As this is not a sports bar and the World Cup was already finished, I think it would be much more interesting to vary the content—for example, showing football one day, and then history, nature, music, or other cultural content on different evenings. This would create a more sophisticated and varied atmosphere. Regarding the rooms, I would have appreciated an option for a twin room facing the park, as this configuration did not seem to be available. There was also a small issue with the online check-out. On our last day, the hotel system suggested that we complete the check-out online, which we did. We then tried to leave our key at reception, or in the designated place as instructed. However, one of the staff members still asked us all the usual check-out questions, even though we had already completed the process online. This was a little surprising and made it seem as though the online check-out system was not fully integrated with the reception process.”
