“I stayed 3 nites in a solo room. The staff was very pleasant (Kim at the front desk and Ann at the lobby bar/restaurant). The room was very clean and comfortable but there were no face cloths which I understand is typical in Europe. Also, there was no shampoo/conditioner, only body wash. There was a nespresso machine in the room but no directions how to use. There was tea but no decaffeinated, at least did not say. There was a small mini bar with bottled waters and juices which was a nice touch. Was a bit chilly so I asked for a blanket but instead they brought me another comforter. The hotel is more of a business hotel and was not as centrally located as we had expected. It was, however, walking distance to the train station which. Overall, a nice, clean hotel.”
