“Me hospedé durante un par de días con motivo del Gran Premio de México de F1 y mi experiencia fue excelente. Tanto las instalaciones como el servicio del personal estuvieron a la altura, destacando en todo momento su amabilidad, disposición y atención para ayudarnos y hacer que nuestra estancia fuera lo más cómoda y agradable posible.
Sin duda, un hotel totalmente recomendable, tanto por la calidad de su servicio como por la calidez y profesionalismo de su equipo. ¡Muchas gracias por hacer de nuestra estancia una gran experiencia!”

“I haven’t stayed at the hotel, but I’ve visited twice to work from the lobby and rooftop terrace, and I’ve really enjoyed both spaces. The lobby has a chic, modern aesthetic, plenty of outlets, and coffee available, making it a great spot to get some work done.
The rooftop has amazing views, a good variety of menu options, and delicious food. They also serve breakfast starting at 7:30 a.m. My only wish is that the rooftop had more consistent hours—it closes in the afternoon, with evening service Wednesday through Saturday.
Overall, a lovely space to work, have a coffee, or enjoy a meal with a view.”

“The room was spacious and had a beautiful view of the city. It included a small kitchen with everything we needed, such as pots, pans, plates, and glasses, all provided at no extra cost. There was also a table with chairs and a bottle of fresh, chilled water.
The bathroom was very large and came with shampoo, conditioner, and liquid soap. I also loved the thoughtful little details, such as a jewelry holder for keeping my accessories organized.
The bed was extremely comfortable and perfectly made. But what I loved most about this hotel was how incredibly clean and fresh-smelling everything was! The room had a wonderful scent that made us feel relaxed and confident that we were staying in a clean, well-maintained place. You could really feel the care they put into every detail.
The staff were exceptional! Every single person we met was incredibly polite, kind, and welcoming. There are a few steps leading up to the hotel entrance, and as I was walking up carrying my suitcase, someone immediately came out, greeted us with a warm smile, welcomed us, and took my luggage. That first impression said so much about the level of service.
Check-in was simple and straightforward, with no additional fees or hidden charges. Everything was clear, honest, and transparent. The staff genuinely do everything they can to make guests happy and make sure they are comfortable. They even send WhatsApp messages just to let you know they are there if you need anything. It never felt intrusive, just thoughtful and caring.
This hotel truly stands out for its cleanliness, attention to detail, and outstanding hospitality. We felt welcomed, comfortable, and well taken care of from the moment we arrived. I would absolutely recommend it!”

“The place is great, however there are a couple things I’d keep in mind.
When booking the stay the rooms are for either 2,3 or 4 people, despite de room capacity the property charges extra 500 pesos per person which makes no sense to me. As if I’m booking a room for 3 is already more expensive than the room for 2.
Not all the pillows smell clean.
The location is amazing but it’s sooooooo noisy! If you are a light sleeper definitely don’t stay here. I recommend for the property to have thicker or double windows.
Other than that we had a great stay. The staff is very nice and the common areas are very clean and cozy”
