“Unser Aufenthalt im INNSIDE Hotel(Zimmer 1310) sehr schöne Zimmer hat uns rundum begeistert! Die Atmosphäre ist äußerst gemütlich, alles ist bis ins kleinste Detail durchdacht, damit sich die Gäste rundum wohlfühlen.Ja leider mit Parkplatz ist es ein Problem es ist aber kein hindernis, man kann das Auto Woanders Parken. Man kann auch seine Ziele mit der strassenbahn erreichen so haben wir es Getan. Der Service ist erstklassig – die Mitarbeiter sind aufmerksam, herzlich und stets hilfsbereit. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Kellnerinnen Noor-Fu bedanken. Wir danken dem gesamten Hotelteam herzlich für seine Professionalität, Gastfreundschaft und die herzliche Atmosphäre. “The hotel is nice and the location is great. The staff was generally polite and the stay was comfortable. However, I am still waiting for the refund of my 100€ deposit after check-out. I have already contacted the hotel, but have not received a response yet. I hope this issue will be resolved soon.”

“Wir haben zu zweit eine Nacht im Melia Düsseldorf Hafen verbracht und waren bis auf kleine Ausnahmen sehr zufrieden – mehr dazu zum Schluss. Die Anfahrt war sehr unkompliziert und die Lage direkt am MedienHafen ist wirklich sehr schön. Sowohl das Hotel als auch unser Zimmer waren sehr sauber, und das Zimmer war völlig ausreichend ausgestattet. Die Einrichtung ist zwar etwas kühl gehalten, aber das erkennt man bereits bei der Buchung anhand der Fotos. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und bot alles, was man für ein ausgiebiges Frühstück erwartet. Nun aber zu den Kritikpunkten: Wir wollten den Abend eigentlich gemütlich in der SKYLOUNGE ausklingen lassen (wir hatten sogar einen Gutschein für ein Freigetränk pro Person). Leider wurde uns jedoch erst beim Check-in mitgeteilt, dass die Bar aufgrund einer geschlossenen Gesellschaft den gesamten Abend nicht zugänglich sei. Das war wirklich sehr schade, sodass wir uns spontan in der Umgebung nach einer Alternative umsehen mussten. Zudem ist die Parkplatzsituation am Medienhafen wirklich schwierig. Für eine Nacht auf einem mit Schlaglöchern versehenen Schotterparkplatz mussten wir 35 € zahlen – das bin ich sonst eher aus Städten wie Amsterdam gewohnt. Es gibt zwar auch eine Tiefgarage für Hotelgäste, diese scheint jedoch nur sehr wenige und sehr enge Stellplätze zu bieten. Abgesehen von diesen Punkten waren wir insgesamt zufrieden und können das Hotel grundsätzlich weiterempfehlen.”더 많은 리뷰 보기
