“Me and my brother stayed at this gorgeous hotel back in May this year. I can’t stop thinking about how perfect the stay was so I thought I’d give a honest review. The food was 11/10! The restaurants included in the all inclusive package were amazing. Every restaurant was beautiful, tasty, and unique. Me and my brother loved the restaurant on the beach the best where we had a lovely streak and cocktail. The steak was cooked beautifully and the cocktails were so unreal. The rooms were lovely and clean. Absolutely plenty of room for the two of us and possibly others! The room was nicely cleaned every day which was perfect and it was always cleaned to a high standard, we could tell that the housekeeping team work so hard. The staff at this hotel were all so lovely and polite. I’ve never been somewhere before where everyone has been so welcoming before. It’s so nice for a change to be in such a beautiful country and have beautiful people there that made us feel so welcome. I can’t fault that as we stayed for 7 nights and every hotel staff member there would be so nice, it made us truly want to stay longer. The entertainment was amazing and out of this world. There was something different on every night which was incredible and the acts were so beautiful. I could tell that everyone performing works so hard and are happy to be there. The location of the hotel is perfect. It’s beach front and peaceful. I recommend going for a walk along the path towards the front of the Bob Marley bar. The sunsets and scenery were gorgeous. I will definitely be coming back to Sal and I would love to come back to this hotel in the near future, it’s truly one of a kind. I miss it so much.”

“I think I found my happy place :) The staff are wonderful everyone has a smile and helpful, food is to die for we booked into all restaurants and used the buffet dinner as well. (Need a bigger work uniform) Everywhere is spotlessly clean the drinks are also great. There are taxis outside the hotel which is 5 euros to get into Santa Maria, and it's in walking distance if that's what you want to do. Only reason the room isn't a 5 there is no Aircon or TV in the twin room, sometimes I need back ground noise in a night. We will be back :)”

“All inclusive, party of 8 and we have 4 rooms. Generally the standard is good, the rooms are dated and need a refresh. It's not horrible, it's just a little disappointing when the sister hotels look much better and your lumbered with the ugly sister. Food is great and plentiful, loads of options available, if you're vegetarian you may struggle a little to have a variety. Evening entertainment is not brilliant and you can go to the sister hotels to get better entertainment, no air conditioned area in the reception bar, so you feel uncomfortable. Please prepare yourself for the mosquitoes and bring ample mosquito repellent, this is the only way to keep them away. There are alot of reviews that are on here which are singing the praises of Antonio, he seems to have cornered guests and asked them to give impressive reviews which does not allow a true reflection of the hotel. Overall, if you get this trip as a bargain, take it, it is worth it. But to compare it could do with an upgrade and as it is, I would not come here again.”

“Increíble hotel, ubicación genial, comida abundante y variada en el buffet. Personal super amable y atento, sobretodo los camareros del pool bar Demilson, Alexandro y Mayara. Las instalaciones están siempre en buen estado, las habitaciones limpias y no se notan aglomeraciones en ninguna zona común. Destacar a Antonio, muy atento y pendiente todo el rato, así da gusto!”
