위치가 시내랑 좀 거리가 있지만 객실 및 조식은 훌륭함! 단, 조식이 엄청 키즈프랜들리하다고 생각되지는 않음. 그리고 꼭 풀빌라로 가야함!!

We chose Gran Melia for late summer vacation because this resort is quite new and clean from other reviews. There was some issue with our laundry due to miscommunication with the staff. but it worked out well. Breakfast is good and beef pho is recommendable. Also the resort credit you can use room service or spa whatever you want in the resort. The staff named Paul is very helpful and kind, if you need to get help in local. He even booked tennis court for us outside of the resort. Also communicated with the taxi driver and brought back my husband' cell phone. We were quite inspired by this young man. Overall, we enjoyed staying at Gran Melia. Definitely looking forward to coming back soon.
