“Melia Hanoi is an excellent choice if you are looking for luxury while being close to the “Old Quarters” in Hanoi. We chose the Suite rooms and it was supremely spacious. It’s a short walk to the lake where all the action is. I would go out of the way to recommend. The only issue for us was the breakfast. They ran out of quite a few items by the time we got there i.e. 9:45 AM and it was difficult to communicate with staff behind the breakfast counters. This however does not take away from the overall experience which was very good.”

“We are a family of 3 or 4 and Meliã Hanoi has always been our choice of staycation; as always Meliã delivers superb service with very exceptional, hospitable, friendly, helpful & accomodating hotel staffs specially the remarkable Mr Tuan who always caters to our needs & Ms Lan Huong with Ms Jenny at the front desk, also the very helpful and cordial housekeeper Ms Phạm Thị Mơ in the 18th Floor and of course all the hotel staffs we met such wonderful people. With top-notch hotel rooms & facilities; it is very neat & tidy with bed/beddings, pillows & sheets that are truly comfy, soft & clean, perfect for a good nights rest after a day’s adventure. Some say the hotel is quite dated but rather it's well maintained, very clean & consistently delivers great service. The Meliã Hanoi’s breakfast buffet at Mosaico consistently offers superior & diverse food that also comes in Halal which my family appreciates a lot. Their staffs are very helpful, friendly and goes the extra mile specially Ms Hieu. For my family the hotel is well situated and everything is at walking distance, to the old quarter/french quarter, to banks/ATM, convenience shops, authentic Phó and Bánh mì, souvenir stuff/food and cultural places, etc. We always enjoy our stay here and always go home refreshed. All in all value for money; definitely worth it! My family & I are very grateful for their impressive guest services.”
