“위치는 조금 애매하긴하나 해변까지는 버기카를 이용 해서 좋음. 많은 호텔을 다녀봣지만 인사를 이렇게 잘하는 호텔은 처음봄 수영장은 약간 작긴하나 카바나랑 있어서 이용하기편함. 샤워장 물빠지는대가 평탄화가 잘 안대있어서 물이 잘안빠짐. 환경 때문에 그런지 칫솔이 없음 물도 기본6병인가 주고 추가요청 하면 더준다고함 전반적으로 모두다 마음에 들음 샤워필터는 꼭챙기세요”

“ดีทุกอย่างค่ะ ตั้งแต่ลงรถจนถึงวันกลับค่ะ ไปช่วงหยุดตรุษจีนคนเลยเยอะไปหน่อยค่ะ ได้ไปทานอาหารเช้าชั้น 12 ฟิลดีค่ะได้บรรยากาศ ที่นอนนุ่ม ไม่อยากจะตื่นเลยค่ะ ห้องเงียบสงบดี แต่แอบหลอนประตูเชื่อมห้อง คืนที่สองมีเด็กน้อยลูกคนจีนพยายามหมุนลูกบิดตามประสาเด็กได้ยินเสียงคุณแม่ดุไปเสียงดังนิดหน่อยค่ะ นอกนั้นไม่มีอะไรค่ะ ให้ไป 5 ดาว”

“ที่พักหรูใจกลางพัทยา Meliá Pattaya Hotel โรงแรมสุด Luxury สวยตั้งแต่ก้าวแรก ตกแต่งด้วยโทนสีฟ้า ขาว ทอง วันนี้เราพักที่ห้อง #TheLevelPremiumSeaView เปิดประตูเข้ามาคือร้องว้าว! ห้องพักตกแต่งสไตล์โมเดิร์นที่ดูอบอุ่น สบายตา เห็นวิวทะเลแบบพาโนรามา มีขนมต้อนรับแบบไทยๆ อยู่ที่โต๊ะพร้อมการ์ด ลูกชายเราชอบมาก คือ - The Kidsdom คลับสำหรับเด็กที่ทำออกมาได้น่ารักมาก ธีมเรือดำน้ำ มีกิจกรรมร้อยลูกปัด เพ้นกระเป๋า และจะบอกว่าประทับใจพี่ๆ ที่คิดส์คลับมากค่ะ ดูแลน้องดีมาก - สวนน้ำเด็กจิ๋ว สวนน้ำขนาดกำลังดีสำหรับเด็กๆ มีสไลเดอร์ น้ำพุ ระดับน้ำไม่ลึก เหมาะกับเด็กเล็กถึงเด็กประถม ลูกชายเล่นไม่ขึ้นเลยค่ะ ส่วนสระว่ายน้ำส่วนกลางก็สุดจึ้งไม่แพ้กัน มีมุมนั่งพักเริ่ดๆ และบาร์ริมสระ Lula Pool Bar ไว้ให้บริการจิบเครื่องดื่มเย็นๆ ตอนเย็นขอแนะนำไปชมพระอาทิตย์ตก และจิบคอกเทลเย็นๆ กันที่ Sky Bar บน Rooftop จะบอกว่าโรแมนติกมาก เห็นวิวเมืองพัทยาได้แบบ 180 องศา มื้อเย็นบ้านเราขอไปฝากท้องกันที่ Lay Beach Club ทางโรงแรมมีบริการรถรับส่งถึงร้านเลยนะ ให้บริการทั้งอาหารและเครื่องดื่มหลากหลาย มี DJ เปิดเพลงให้โยกเบาๆ ช่วงค่ำมีโชว์กระบองไฟด้วย ไม่พูดไม่ได้... ไลน์อาหารเช้าของที่นี่แน่นมาก หลากหลายและคุณภาพดีมาก มีทั้งเมนูไทย อินเตอร์ และเมนูสุขภาพสไตล์สเปนตามแบบฉบับแบรนด์ Meliá”

“That staff here are extremely professional, genuine, and always very nice. I work in hospitality myself and know it can be hard to find others who are genuine about service- but that is not a problem here. Particular regards to I believe She-she for upgrading me to a beautiful larger room and the other front office staff for helping me with numerous lost room keys along the way.😶‍🌫️. My biggest compliment for your staff are the bell-staff - always smiling and friendly- never forgetting to hold the door for you. All around a great experience and rare to find staff as genuine as these. See you on my next trip to Pattaya, but will be considering your hotels in the Carribean within the next few months as well. ... Oh your breakfast was absolutely delicius too - one of my favorite things to eat on my travels! All the staff were great here as well- including the cooks behind the line and the Chef himself. Thank you for a great stay- will absolutely see you again in Pattaya!!”

“Melia Pattaya Resort has a beautiful urban design and a relaxing holiday vibe. The swimming pool is small but sufficient, with a kids’ section. We stayed in The Level One Bedroom—low ceiling but smart layout, very comfortable, and the sofa can be set up as an extra bed. The club lounge is a great place to relax with light snacks all day. Staff members were extremely welcoming and attentive. The kids club is small but clean and fun, and the staff played closely with the children, making them very happy. Areas to improve: no proper space to dry wet clothes. The hotel isn’t beachfront, but a shuttle can take you to Lay Beach Club anytime. Food and drinks there are good, with international and Spanish options. Overall, a comfortable, family-friendly stay with excellent service.”

“Öt éjszakát töltöttünk a Meliá Hotelben, és minden elképzelésemet felülmúlta az ott-tartózkodásunk. Már az érkezéskor lenyűgözött a fogadtatás, a személyzet kedvessége és az ellátás magas színvonala. Külön szeretném kiemelni, hogy milyen példamutató módon figyelnek a higiéniára – ez számomra rendkívül megnyugtató volt. A szálloda szolgáltatásai valóban minden igényt kielégítenek: buggyval kényelmesen levisznek a partra, ahol a hotelhez tartozó, rendkívül hangulatos Lay Beach Bar található. Ez a kis extra figyelmesség még különlegesebbé tette az élményt. Emellett a nagy forgalom ellenére is maximális biztonságban érezhettük magunkat, hiszen a zebránál dolgozó két biztonsági őr lelkiismeretesen és folyamatosan figyelt arra, hogy épségben tudjunk átkelni az úton. Sajnos az érkezésem napján a hotel falain kívül étkeztem, ami után rosszul lettem, és kórházba kerültem. Ezúton szeretném külön megköszönni a szálloda chefjének, Williamnek, aki személyesen főzött nekem kímélő levest, sőt, fel is hozta a szobámba. Ez a figyelmesség és emberség számomra felejthetetlen marad. Nagyon hálás vagyok a teljes éttermi személyzetnek is, akik emlékeztek rám, és minden egyes nap igyekeztek a kedvemben járni. Meggyőződésem, hogy nemcsak velem, hanem minden vendéggel ugyanezt a magas szintű, törődő ellátást nyújtják. Szívből ajánlom a Meliá Hotelt mindenkinek – ritka az ilyen szintű vendégszeretet, odafigyelés és emberi hozzáállás.”

“Servicio excelente, puro Meliá. Buffet para el desayuno fantástico, mucha variedad, instalaciones muy buenas, un hotel de Ciudad frente a la playa. Mil gracias Javier Director del hotel, y a Marta y Noemar por hacer tan agradable nuestra estancia. Beach Club Alay, estupendo.”

“Stayed for few days here and it is an outstanding hotel. It is nicely managed and all staff provides a superior service. The property is nicely renovated with a very modern and cozy ambience. It also has an amazing Beach Club. Rooms are beautiful and spacious, at least the Premium type. Food is also great and the breakfast offers plenty of options for everyone. If I ever come back to the city, it will definitely be at Meliá.”

“Excellent stay at Meliá Pattaya! All the staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and professional, which made our stay very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with great variety, and the chef was a very kind and welcoming person. I also really appreciated the security staff—there is a zebra crossing in front of the hotel, and the security guard always helped us cross the road safely. Truly great service and hospitality. Highly recommended!”

“Unmatched hospitality and attention to every detail! Beautiful brand new facilities and in a great location. Our family holiday was made unforgettable thanks to the incredible team at Melia Pattaya. We traveled as a group of six adults and one baby, and from the moment we arrived, we felt completely taken care of. ​The service was seamless across the board—the concierge, front desk, and general staff were all so welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. We were especially impressed by the massage therapists and the housekeeping team, who paid attention to every small detail. A huge thank you to the General Manager, Peter, for his leadership and for making us feel so valued. We are already recommending this gem to all our friends and family and cannot wait to return!”

Сотрудники приветливые, особенно администратор Дэйв, помогал нам с досугом и трансфером, всегда был на связи. Очень хороший сервис. Единственное, бассейн работает только до 19:00, хотелось бы иметь возможность купаться позже и еще нет сушилки для вещей в номере.”
