“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Stay & Exceptional Service from Jade Haley My recent stay at INNSiDE by Meliá Newcastle was nothing short of fantastic, and I’d especially like to recognize Jade Haley, Night Manager, for her outstanding service and professionalism. From the moment I reached out before arrival, Jade was incredibly responsive, friendly, and accommodating. She took care of adding my wife to the reservation, ensured she could check in ahead of me, and noted my Meliá Gold status while kindly requesting a room upgrade on my behalf. Her communication was clear, warm, and genuinely welcoming, which made the whole experience feel seamless and personal. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and ideally located, making it a perfect base for exploring Newcastle. Our room was comfortable and well-appointed, and everything ran smoothly from check-in to check-out. What truly stood out was the level of care and attention from Jade—she went above and beyond to make sure our stay was stress-free and enjoyable. It’s rare to receive such thoughtful and proactive service, and it made a real difference to our experience.
