We've stayed here a handful of times in the last 2 years and we have already booked our next stay. The rooms, the bed, the restaurant, the 360 bar upstairs, the food - everything is honestly top of the range. Even if you aren't staying at the hotel, I would recommend you visit their restaurant - their food is up there with the best there is.

This was a surprise. I wasn't previously aware of the hotel chain. The hotel is ideally located in the centre of Liverpool. One complaint is the lack of onsite parking, even if there are several options in the vicinity.

Had afternoon tea, my birthday treat from my beautiful granddaughter. Great selection, great staff and gorgeous views.

This hotel is lovely, it even smells gorgeous. The rooms are spacious with large comfortable beds. The bed and breakfast rate was great value. It is well placed for exploring and parking is just next door. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Highly recommended
