“We regularly stay at the Meliá Lisboa Aeroporto when transiting through Lisbon, and its location is hard to beat. It’s within walking distance of Terminal 1—we’ve seen several guests skip the free shuttle altogether and simply walk over. The hotel is clean, modern, and consistently well maintained. Rooms are well equipped and, while not overly spacious (as is often the case in Europe), this Meliá strikes a nice balance between comfort and functionality. The beds are genuinely comfortable, with bedding that feels almost indulgent. Water pressure is strong, and the in-room Delta coffee machine—with a selection of capsules and bottled water—is a thoughtful touch. Service has always been courteous and efficient. There’s also a pleasant outdoor patio near the pool area, a great spot to unwind with a cocktail or a glass of wine after a travel day. Dining is decent, though not a standout—the food is adequate and the wine list is serviceable, but this isn’t a destination restaurant. Overall, a reliable and comfortable airport hotel that delivers exactly what you need before or after a flight.”

“Perfect airport hotel. Great interior. Even has a bath. Didn’t go to the pool but maybe next time. Breakfast amazing. Attention to detail with snacks and welcome gift for free. “23時台に空港から徒歩で直行して利用しました。 お部屋も清潔でタオルも十分おいてあります。 アメニティも香りと敏感肌ですが、問題なかったです。 トイレの水流も空調もシャワーの出もドライヤーの風も良いです。 困ったのはルームスリッパがないことくらいです。 ウォシュレットもありません。 歯ブラシも持参しましょう 朝ごはんもたくさん種類がありうれしかったです また利用したいです”

“Grupo de amigas que fizeram uma surpresa especial a uma delas com uma ida ao spa (por isso não posso falar do resto do hotel). A comunicação com a sra. Agustina foi excecional desde o início (pessoa sensível). Quando chegámos também fomos bem atendidas. O spa (sauna e banho turco) tem muito boas condições. Temos de levar chinelos e touca (lá fornecem toalha) Os balneários são impecáveis, com Shampoo, amaciador, gel duche, secador de cabelo, cacifos. Estacionamento gratuito durante a nossa estadia. Agradeço de coração a oportunidade! Vamos tentar voltar 😊”

“We stayed here one night after our flight back to the States was cancelled. (Hoping the airline will reimburse us.)It is easy to walk to from the airport although we did use the complimentary shuttle the next morning. Rita at reception was awesome and our room was big and comfortable. Comfortable bed and lots of pillows. The buffet breakfast is included in the room rate and it was amazing, there was a huge variety.”

“It’s a great place to stay! The front desk folks are very friendly and nice. We had a very early flight, so we are not going to have free breakfast. But they prepared breakfast boxes for all four of us. Very thoughtful and the boxes included Pasties, fruit cups, sandwiches, water, and yogurts. Lastly, it’s only a 5-minute walk away from the airport.”

“We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly sweet and welcoming, and they really went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Our flight was earlier than the time breakfast normally starts, but they were kind enough to accommodate us and make sure we still had breakfast before we left. Overall, such a pleasant experience.”

“So utilizei o SPA e sinceramente se tiver poucas pessoas está se la bem, mas quando começou a encher o nivel de ruído ficou horrivel. O local nao é assim tao grande para as pessoas que tinha.”

“Bom hotel há 5 minutos do Aeroporto. Eles oferecem transporte a cada 15 minutos para o aeroporto”

“This airport is within a 5 minute walk of the airport but they also offer a free shuttle every 15 minutes. Our room had a super comfy bed, with a quirky bathroom set up, but the bonus was that it was super silent. No traffic noise on the 8th floor, no aircraft noise, no other customers heard, and a whisper quiet air conditioner. The included breakfast begins at 400 am for those with early flights. Extensive hot and cold offerings. We ate supper upon arrival, in the same restaurant space. There is a very detailed menu with interesting choices of high quality food. There was a gym and pool too but we didn’t have time to explore these options. Even a spa for massages. Full service, convenient location, silent sleep - everything was perfect.”

“Our 1 night stay at this hotel was ok expected it to be nicer as this is not a cheap hotel. We picked it because close to airport. Room was ok. We did not order dinner as we saw reviews that it was terrible and heard from folks that ordered dinner that it was tge worst. Definitely not our favourite places we stayed at in Portugal. Hotel room looked dated and dark. We prepaid for breakfast and it was actually relatively good.”
