Great location, comfortable room,very friendly staff and tasty breakfast with champagne. We have room 3th floor ,sleep well.

Our flight out of Lisbon was canceled and we had to stay an extra night. Melia was perfect for us. A five minute walk from Terminal 1, we were booked in a room (online), checked in, and upstairs in less than 20 minutes. Service was great. The lunch buffet was surprisingly good. And it made a frustrating travel day manageable.

Great place to go if you have a long connection. Breakfast is solid — we got great service from Hasan!

First time I heard about this hotel was because my wife stopped over at the bar to work for a couple of hours on her way to the airport and everyone was extremely nice and welcoming. So when we arrived late to Lisbon, we decided to give it a try. The hotel has an amazing location and the facilities are great. But that’s not what makes it stand apart. What makes this hotel special is the staff. Everyone is extremely thoughtful and accommodating, and make you feel welcome in every interaction. And that is something you really don’t find everywhere.

Wir hatten ein großes Familienzimmer das sehr geräumig war. Der Wellness Bereich ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig (Bademützen im Pool) und das Dampfbad ist in die Jahre gekommen....aber der Service und das Essen sind hervorragend....und der kurze Weg zum Flughafen ideal.
